I can't say I understand the negativity, it kinda makes no sense because they also make the Romeo X series that works for much more common footprints. The firearm market is full of know-nothing-know-it-alls who enjoy criticizing things they won't buy with no experience. If a customer decide that they want a sealed optic with the smallest profile, this is it, it will require a new optic, and it will require not only a new mounting footprint but also an entire slide that some guns won't ever be able to be made compatible due to the inner workings, but for those people, this is perfect, for others? it's not for them, and that should be okay..
