    Love your stuff, Tim!
I reset every day, and also recommend it to many of my patients!
Weird question...what brand jeans and t-shirt you wearing?
    Keep changing lives!

Thanks for sharing the resets with your patients, Dr. Chaz! Thats so awesome. Ok, so the jeans are from Prana - I love them because they allow me to move and they move with me. The shirt is from Y-athletics. It's an amazing shirt. Best fit ever and woven with silver - kills bacteria and oder...!

Hello Tim! I love this new movement for the rotation and i'm sure this helps the integration of the asymmetrical tonic reflex of the neck with the look oposit.

The secret behind OS reset: the flow of moving. So here's my modification suggestion, the "Sqatting Windshield Roll Around the World". What I did is the windshield roll to the left, then squatting up and windshield roll to the right and squatting down! And now I let it just flow, the other way around, too!

Hi Tim I've been told that the windshield wiper exercise was dangerous do to the lumbar spine rotation. Is it safe to focus rotation at the lumbar opposed to the thorasic spine?

Hey, my friend. Windshield wipers, if the hip is flexed greater than 90 degrees (knees towards chest) puts rotation in the thoracic spine. Having said that, the lumbar spine is made to rotate. It's rotation contributes to optimal health.
