My goodness woman, don't you ever take a break?! You must be the hardest working crafter out there in Blogland! Love this cool technique, and thanks for all the cool tips!
Hello Jennifer I watched this video at your blog but came over here to give you the thumbs up...LOL..I have to do my part too. I enjoyed your tutorial and think it's a fun concept. There are times when a card like this is the perfect thing. thank you J. pat
I love Tim Holtz Distress Inks. By watching this video you have given me another use for them :) Thanks for sharing your ideas and helping us get more use out of our supplies.
What a fun video. I really enjoyed watching you create using your clever and creative technique ink ideas. You truly have so much fun. It always amazes me how you come up with all the ideas you do. You have to have the sweetest dreams ever. You definitely know how to explain things well and can see myself creating a 12 x 12 for a LO doing your technique. Joan Smith
Jennifer, as always, your designs and techniques are awesome. I have the same question a couple of others have. Did your embossing powder container come with the latch for the spoon on the top? I love keeping embossing powder in a container, but hate keeping the spoon inside because it gets covered with powder.
Hi Jennifer, just wondered where you got the little box and spoon from..... I jest, having one of those days today :-) Wonderful techniques, as always. You're such an inspiration, even right across the Atlantic :-)
Hi Jennifer, I love learning your water coloring techniques. I recently purchased my first distress inks from Tim Holtz, watercolor paper, and a brush. The only thing I am having trouble with is finding the perfect stamp set for water coloring. I love butterflies and flowers. Do you have any suggestion on an ideal stamp set? Thank You :)
Ditto. I was just thinking the same thing. I am so enjoying the online card class. I just wish that I could be participating more. My granddaughters were home last week with some kind of virus and now this week I have had a very ill little grandson. Jakob is only 18 months and this virus has hit him. hard. His mom and dad have it as well. I am over it now so I am taking care of Jakob. I can't wait until I can really play with all of the ideas. Thanks for all you videos. I learn so much from you each time.
Ok, I've got to ask (and sorry if you already answered the question or talked about it in another video) but where did you get that container for the embossing powder?
I have a new mama elephant stamp and tried it on Stampin up whisper white card stock and some Tim Holtz distress ink pads....the results were horrible. The impression was very patchy and uneven and spread on the paper, then I tried using a Stampin up ink pad and the results were much better. Should I use water colour paper with distress inks? I'm still fairly new to the fun of card making and get really confused about what inks to use where etc. Love your heart card so simple yet very effective.
Jennifer, I mean this comment in the nicest way. I am not a fan of the watedropkets on the beautiful color. It looks messy to me. I know that is the OCD in me coming out. You are amazing and I love all your cards that is my opinion only. I love the colorful hearts but I don't put the droplets on. I guess we are all unique.
OCD, huh? that may explain it. I am not crazy about the water droplet effect either, but then I saw the demo of a mister from about two feet up... the droplet effect is so small it appears as a texture pattern... pretty awesome. Thank God we are all unique. You might like the pattern of the mister from two feet up. I think that was the hello card of Jennifer McGuire's.

Can this be done with a regular dye ink? Thank you
