According to me Ayushman Bharat Yojana is the best scheme implemented by government
I myself witnessed it when my Grandfather was undergoing Cardiac surgery in a private hospital as his financial condition is average
His 4 lakh bill was paid by government instantly 2 days after surgery
This has benefitted poor people who had to undergo surgeries in private hospitals without thinking about cost of treatment

As a doctor I feel Ayshman is a great scheme but it has many missed opportunities and there are some problems at state level wrt implementation. Some states like UP don't give the money to the hospitals on time. And payments focus on super specialties but not on core specialities. I think it is a great scheme. But certain things need to be fixed

I was in 3rd in 2014 when Modi government came, so in that way I can't compare recent developments under Modiji's rule in my town, but I have received very positive response from the elderly people out there.
Under previous governments usually our region is not-so-popularly known as Bundelkhand. Conditions have been severely bad here post independence. Neither politics nor geography seems to stand in favour of Bundelkhand. Due to a population lesser than Mumbai (1.8 cr) we were neglected by all previous govts until today where we have much better roads, newly renovated hospitals, govt police, post & pwd offices and also better cleanliness than before. Drainage system are well kept under nagarpalika now. I am from Mahoba.

I saw a lady named Rubina a widow. she used to live in a area where truck don't go, she received a PMAY-G house, and for that material had to be send to the location. Our GP president moved all the material by thela to the location, and her house was constructed. Before 2014 she received an Indira awas, but the house was not constructed, as she was alone she could not asked the cause or anything, but after construction of that PMAY-G, she called the president Mr. shashanka, as her son. And we also enjoyed the moment. Now the GP where I used to work is a great place to live. Funny thing is there were some people though who opposed on giving her a house, may be they were after money, thats all. And they are the ones who falsify Govts works.
And one funny thing I want to mention that, I never voted for BJP, because my Mama was a Congressy MLA, but next time I will vote BJP.

I want to say about my district, I don't know about others but hear this.
I used to work in Panchayat. So PMAY-G was our priority task. Before BJP govt people used get Indira Awaas Yojana, but when we went in village we didn't find a single indira awaas yojana, though it was recorded many houses being constructed, but when PMAY-G came we had to geotag locations, so there was reduction in corruption in scheme. I myself Geotagged around 900 houses alone in one GP including old and new PMAY-G. So, that is one real achievement for my District by BJP govt.
Our hospitals have now good doctors and good equipments to. Our people are also concerned citizens. In our hospital free CT Scan is available, and all free tests for BPL. Before that, patients used to sleep on floor. So that is a change I now see.
Now there is less power shortage in my district, loadshedding occurs very less, though it happens but still.
Last year around 16000 teachers were appointed all over state, I have seen many children from BPL category got job along with others, before 2014, it was impossible, that is great change. Now recruitment process is fast and corruption free in most of the case.
And one more thing is that, now we hear less terrorist attacks, that is a great relief for us.
These are the things that changed in my state.
Though BJP may not have been 100% efficient in doing things that were promised, but still many good things happened.
Even now our muslims also support BJP, because they have jobs now, and their women are also participating in income, so they are happy.
I have seen lots of change in my own district. So, may be not everywhere but work is happening.

State is key here since it is the state official is responsibility to implement any central government scheme. I don't see anything wrong if state takes the credit specially when state is not getting their GST share as promised. Basically center government takes the money from state revenue though GST and don't give them back as promised. With that money they launch the scheme with PM name so only one person gets credit. Anyway political view point aside any good scheme is welcome and only successful if local leader implement it honestly. That is why I think we should vote for best candidate in our area regardless which party he belongs.

Thank Mohak for informing about this work by Modi. But to be honest, for me, PM Modi is actually a established leader.
According to my understanding, These things have changed for good due to Modi.
    1. Soft Power which has attracted tourists.
    2. India's stand on global scale which will help us for long term in terms of investment, business and trade.
    3. Geopolitics game which India started recently and countering China. India might get security council seat 🤞.
    4. People outlook have changed towards interest in India's development.
    5. Internal and External security ( India haven't experienced large attacks and bomb blast since PM modi. Ofcourse, Pulwama and URI is sad tragedy but our army retaliated.)
    6. Army being a strong entity and taking actions.
    7. North eastern parts of India are getting recognition, development and investment. Less insurgency are reported.
    8. Till now, 1.5 Lakhs illegal foreign nationals have been deported.
    9. We got to know about our real enemies of India due to PM Modi (Radicals outfits is disguise of Media, Intellectual, activists and bureaucrats).
Also thanks to him, we Also understood how any Media channel (be it left or right) manipulates people.
    10. Finally, India is getting aware about its history, Culture, heritage, Real heroes and It's Sanatan Dharma Soul. Due to him, i got to know about Assam culture.
    11. Also, Thanks to PM modi. Recently, Padmi shree winners got announced. I got to know about real contribution by people like Tulsi Gowda, Sindhu Tai, Yog Baba (125 years old 😳) and many more.
These are good things about him. Also, there are bad things too but I will go according to video.
