~ MY STORY ~
Like a lot of us, I happened upon ASMR videos by chance when searching for ‘sleep help’ on TH-cam. I fell in love with the community because (alongside the tingles, ofc), it was a space for love, acceptance, and childlike creativity.
For someone who has struggled to love themselves and feel accepted (and continues to struggle on their worse days), ASMR is such a beautiful way to get out of our negative self talk. It speaks to the child within us, who doesn’t know what an amazing kid they are!
I recommend that everyone take the time to explore the wonderful world of ASMR with an open heart & mind.

is it just me or is the tapping on the lush jars sooo amazing. i don’t know why these containers sound so much better than other brands containers but i’m like half asleep/ half full of tingles over here. loved this video so much and i really really love the lighting. perfect for bedtime, i would love more videos in this lighting for sure!

Oh my goodness. First of all, missed you! Second- this video is so so soooo good. I love how dark it is, I love the candles, I love the sounds (all of them), and I love the pace (a little slower than usual but it’s so nice). Though I do adore very fast tapping, scratching, mouth sounds but like yes this is so good. Gonna re-listen to it while I fall asleep cause I watched it the first time!
