~ MY STORY ~
Like a lot of us, I happened upon ASMR videos by chance when searching for ‘sleep help’ on TH-cam. I fell in love with the community because (alongside the tingles, ofc), it was a space for love, acceptance, and childlike creativity.
For someone who has struggled to love themselves and feel accepted (and continues to struggle on their worse days), ASMR is such a beautiful way to get out of our negative self talk. It speaks to the child within us, who doesn’t know what an amazing kid they are!
I recommend that everyone take the time to explore the wonderful world of ASMR with an open heart & mind.

I tend to get really caught up in the visual aspect of a video - which is great because of visual triggers - but the brightness from the screen can sometimes keep me awake so I loved this subdued light (:

I watch all of your sleeping videos at night and I fall asleep watching them, and listening to your voice is so relaxing.
I definitely love the videos that focus on energy cleansing and grounding, meditation, spirituality, etc. more but Jocie has so little videos on things like this. I know I could get these from other ASMRtist but I'm so much more relaxed and calm hearing Jocie's voice and seeing her kind face. Please do more videos on energy cleansing, etc.
