Por favor me podrías mandar el linck para comprar los topes de suspensión 🙏🏾, necesito ponerle los que le instaló usted para que no golpee, mi ram está a la Misma altura que esa.🙏🏾
Mike, would love to finally see someone install one of these Bell Tech 2/4 kits on a 4wd with factory air suspension. I badly want to do this to my 15 longhorn and rid it of the air setup but don't even know the extra pieces I would require outside of the kit. Contrats on the channel, the house/shop and move. you've helped so many of us for so long with our Rams. Love living vicariously through you Sir. I bet I lowered 10+ 2wd Dakotas back in 'the day' 99-04 just like this. Keep up the great work!!
I looks just right at that height, everything you do is top notch attention to detail. You've given me inspiration with mine on this build. I will keep watching, thanks for all the videos and info. Looking at pics of a new belltech rear spring and looking at yours, if you count the coils it does appear they've been trimmed a couple. Would like mine to sit about there.
Just did this to my truck and this video helped a ton! Thank you, the results are awesome! Just gotta take it for alignment and she's good to go! I also put some air ride air bags in the rear (ones for a durango fit best for lowering). Thanks john! ❤
Looks sick man but I'm biased I have pretty much the same truck! I did this install on my R/T about a year ago, and when I got to installing the front shocks I ran into the issue you described but I didn't know I could just take off that cap so I'm still running the stocks in front. Looks like I have a project this weekend!
Looks really good! something tells me the guy that had that kit cut a few coils cause my 2/4 kit doesn’t sit that low and don’t forget to check that cross member in front of the gas tank probably really close to the drive shaft.
Yup mine doesn’t sit this low either. I want it a little lower but I don’t wanna pay that much for the 4/6😂 and yes my driveshaft rubbed the crossmember when I first installed it
@@BoostedMotorsports i have a friend on a 2/4 drop on some r/t 22’s and his doesn’t look nearly as low as yours, not calling you wrong but it looks awesome regardless
I have 22” wheels running 305 45 with the 2/4 bell tech drop. I asked the shop to cut an inch off the rear springs to make it look semi leveled but yours looks a lot more lowered than mine!
2016 ram crew cab 2/4 belltech drop and love my truck but can’t wait for a upgraded shocker to be released. Currently running 305/40/22 with helper bags in the rear
Gotta 2012 ram single cab 1500 with 2/4 had the kit on for about 2 years now and the ride is trash I just recently bought some more bell tech street shocks but I don’t think that’s gonna solve the problem any advice on how to get a decent ride quality out of it ?
I did this same mod! I miss my 12 Ram 1500 ST so much! Everyone who has the crew cabs btw the kit is different than this regular cab reg bed! check part numbers!
Great job on lowering the truck Jon. Looks awesome. Maybe I’m in the minority here but I think the 20” wheel’s from the eco diesel would look better on this truck. They would look better proportioned on the single cab truck. You would save some weight too. Less rotational mass. I hear those 22” wheels are pretty heavy.
If it was my only truck I would have left it at the stock height but it looks really good that way man thanks again and all from Northern California 👏 👍
Just traded in my 2014 ecodiesel that I had that 2/4 kit on with 24s.. got a 2018 1500 limited with the hemi, it has air suspension.. so need to figure that out how to get it lower safely.. that single cab looks awesome lowered!! Ok, now do the intake!! 😁😜

I have a 2003 1500, I installed a flip kit and two inch lower springs plus all new upper and lower front upper and lower control arms but now I here a loud clunk/knock when I break what can that be causing this?
My 04 I did with Belltech drop leafs and the front was done with drop spindles...not coil springs. Why do they do it with coils now instead of drop spindles?
Looks good looks a little lower in the rear than mine with the same kit. I was able to get the front shocks in with the sheilds just had to jangle around with it.
This was a pretty good video. Your instructions were great. How was the drive after doing the installation? did you have to add any air bags for a smoother ride? if you added airbags did you do the install yourself?
what year ??? this is easy build ... I have a 2019 Classic and on FRONT put 2 in (really 1-1/2) drop spindles, the 2 in (really 1-1/2 in) Belltech springs and kept the 17 in rims with 225x 60-17 for a total FIVE INCHES in front. Had to remove the air dam. REAR put in the springs which were ony a three in drop and then kept the smaller 17in rims with 225 X 65 -17 ... very disappointed in the kit. I cut out the rear bump stop perches and often the axle will slap the frame on big bumps. Im gonna have to do a frame knotch to get the axle at least another inch lower HOPING for two, with a different set of springs. Very disappointed in the BellTech kit measly-weak-ass shocks .... have to replace fronts and rears each year. NOTE on Rear ... I also have a Decked system with a 1000 pounds of gear to keep the rear lower BUT still want TWO INCHES MORE.

Hey if anyone or you can help me out. The suggestion 4wd kit on Amazon says it doesn’t fit my truck. Do I ignore the message and proceed. I got ram 1500 4wd 2 door short box Express v8
I put the same shocks on my Ram Daytona and had to sand and file the opening in the control arm to get the boot to fit through. Also, can you show the shock after it was installed? The two bolts on top of the shock kinda confused me. Thanks!

Shouldn't have camber , it should be pulled out the most but not enough to wear out ur tires very slight camber . I drop these for a living all the time
