Another great review Anna. I've not heard of the brand or this model but it certainly looks like a good car. Exterior looks might take some getting used to but there are some clever ideas that work well like that hidden charge port for instance. It will be interesting on dealer support and maintenance for this brand to succeed. I like it. Great production as usual with multiple camera angles and drone footage cleverly edited. A major car magazine should pick you up for car reviews if they wanted an articulate balanced reviewer with just the right amount of dry humour. Many thanks for sharing Anna.

Always nice to see a new brand come on the market. The designers of alot of these electric cars in my opinion seem to be copying each other, Looks very similiar to other Brands and makes. Great reveiw Anna good to see you in warmer climes surrounded by amazing scenery.

I think it's great to see these new brands/ brands from foreign countries come in and upset the status quo and challenge the brands we know and love and give us the potential customers. I love the brand name AlWAYS especially after you told us what it meant in Chinese's. I think it's a solid looking SUV inside and out with a unique but simple design. Love the the laptop bag but I guess the question is did you take it on as well as the kids Shades? ;-). I love the looks of Switzerland. It must be amazing to drive around there and to live there other than the police, it sounds like the quite strict from what you said. Brilliant review, outstanding filming especially those B rolls. Hi Anna, great detailed review and as always beautifully filmed and presented. Chinese cars ? We have a lot of different Chinese models here in Australia, for me it's all about the feel of the car and reliability, time will tell for the latter but the Chinese brands do seem to be progressing quick, reverse engineering ?

Chinese car manufacturers are making increasing inroads into the European market with both electric and petrol engined cars, and they do offer good value for money.

thanks, great review. Although I don't find the position of that charging port so elegant as you do. When you arrive home and your 'welcome lights' are still on, you will be blinded when you're bending to open the port under the headlights. Having to bend over isn't practical either, especially for older people (which is a target audience for SUV's). And it isn't elegant when you have to open the port when it's full of bugs after a nice summer drive. To me, it's the worst possible position for a charging port.

Interesting car, love the phone storage...less temptation to look at it whilst driving. Can't get over the grille-less front end that ev manufacturers seem to have latched on to like this car or Kia. Polestar can make an ev look sporty...others should take a leaf from their book
I liked the Swiss location of this review. Not a fan of Chinese vehicles, especially EVs.

Looks like China could take a massive slice of the EU and UK market for EV cars.
German car manufacturers are going to suffer:
1) Energy costs for manufacturing cars is going to hit the cost of production
2) China has rare earth for manufacture of batteries and are a massive manufacturer of batteries

Great review Anna and nice scenery. This is an impressive electric suv. The European car manufacturers will need to step up a gear to compete. Fit and finish looks excellent, and the hidden compartment is very clever indeed. 🚙

Wind noise in an electric car, that's not cool, it's the one thing an electric car should not have, but with a flat front like on this car I can see why, and there is a huge gap in panel when you close the '' frunk'', a lot of wind must flow under it. You're looking so fashionable though, dam, purple and orange, who knew!

Electric cars are not environmentally friendly and not good for humans.
Many are critical of the production of electric cars because they produce greater carbon dioxide emissions than petrol and diesel cars. What is highlighted as a positive is when the cars are used - because then they do not emit any carbon dioxide at all (if they are driven with green energy). However, other substances are released into the air when the cars are driven, which are not talked about as much.
Car tires, especially studded ones, tear up particles from the asphalt which then swirl around in the air and affect our lungs and trachea. As we know, electric cars are on average heavier than cars with a combustion engine and they have bigger tires. In a thesis at Umeå University, it has been analyzed how the transition to electric cars risks affecting both the environment, but also the economy.
- The increased ill health as a result of more particles in the air caused by heavier electric cars can be estimated to result in an additional economic cost of one billion kroner per year in Stockholm, if the use of studded tires continues at the same level, says Hedi Kriit, PhD student at the Department of Public Health and clinical medicine at Umeå University.
In Stockholm alone, particles from road wear are the largest local source of health-hazardous particles in the air, according to the thesis. It damages the lungs and airways according to some research, it can cause cardiovascular disease or even dementia and mental health problems. The thesis shows that three percent of sick leave in Stockholm is due to short-term effects of air pollution. The loss of income from that is estimated at approximately SEK 100 million annually.
Everything has been calculated with the help of data from Statistics Sweden and healthcare costs in combination with "accepted values for loss of quality of life per person-year" which are usually used in socio-economic analyses.
