This is really ill-thought out comment. The core business is serving food to patrons and that seems to have remained steadfast. I don't see how you see "it's the end" for this entity. They will adapt as they should given our current situation in the world. I can fairly confidently say the vast majority of us patronized their business because we enjoyed their food. The sheer amount of it was nice but if the food was terrible, I wouldn't eat it nor be a repeat customer and that's the gist of it. If the taste is the same and I don't see why it wouldn't be, then a change in business model won't affect their customer base too much. Their new model isn't written in stone. I'm sure they can tweak it to appeal to the masses.

That’s not cost effective. They wouldn’t make enough to stay afloat. A typical dining experience could take between 60 to 90 minutes. If all they’re making is $20 a head, and say you dined alone, that’s a wasted opportunity. If you ordered and had your fix within 30 minutes for say 15 dollars which is about 3-5 dishes of entrees then they can serve the next customer.

@@DaFactsNoNonsense1713 I may have taken some liberties and filled in some blanks here and there with empirical experience but generally when someone bashes an ethnic business there is usually a motive and given the situation we're currently in, it's not a great leap of faith to believe people are being unfairly prejudicial about the cleanliness or lack thereof of Asians, to speak nothing of their dietary habits.
There is absolutely no justification for slandering a business for their cleanliness because we all know even the most militant of restaurants processes have some issue with cleanliness, it's part and parcel to the business.
For what it's worth, I didn't take issue with your objection with the quality of their food as tastes is greatly subjective; that said, I prefer their fried chicken wings to those of other establishments. I would put them up against any fried wings out there; Western or otherwise. I did object to your take on their cleanliness as it is a long standing fallacy that Chinese establishments are dirty which is simply not the case. Would I pick up food off of the floor and eat it? But their record can stand toe to toe with any number of restaurants out there in the market. Your attempt at a red herring is transparent and laughable. I suggest you think long and hard next time when you make culturally sensitive comments.
