His reason for not wearing the pants is that if you fall, the pants could fill up with water and you could possibly drown from the weight of the water holding you down.

These videos you make are the best for ASMR. Although there was one that I seriously thought you were going to be attacked by a beaver so not so much ASMR on that one;)
I gotta say, the post 10 watermark on the culvert so they cant crop the only other place where a black post 10 would show (top right) is genius and awesome.
You shouold have a rake and or shovel with a long handle so you can turn the handle upside down and test the ground before you step in. Greta work done sir.

We've been trying to get him to use long fishing pants for over a year. He likes boots better. So long as he's happy, us fans are too 🤘

That beaver video was really something. Now and then he gets this old mom a tad worried.
The beaver was probably worried about its kits in the lodge. Loss of the pond can lead to starvation in winter.
