That was a good lesson! Thank You I made sure I had the right bobbin case and put in a new needle and a straight stitch. The embroidery was instead of gold was bringing and sewing with the bobbin thread that was white not gold. I changed the needle again from a heavy to a medium still the same thing but the thread keeps breaking. I got fed up and that’s when I found your video. Good job.

My bobbin thread isn’t showing anywhere. I’ve been turning it left and there’s no difference yet but haven’t gone around once yet. I’ve changed the needles several times. Upper thread is up to 9 and it’s a little loose still but ok.
Great video!! I am worried if I get thread caught in the machine I can see the screws that I can release but wonder if that threader of the innovis 1600 knob does it just pull off?
I have a brother Innovis NV800E embroidery machine and it keep on stopping after 5 stitches or so. The light become green after 5 min and does the same. The yarn also keep on breaking. I had it service by a technician from the Cape. Moved from Pretoria to Piketberg. Don't know what to do any more

My issue is a little different. I received the message “no needle plate cover attached. Attach needle plate cover” in the midst of a project. Needle is down and will not come up. Needle plate cover is in place. How do I get the needle up? Any suggestion are greatly appreciated.
I have a PE770 and went to turn it on and on the screen it's showing the brightness graph. The touch screen will not change. I have turned it off and on and still does the same thing. When I go to touch the start button it does nothing. Any suggestion's would be appreciated. Thank You, Pat
There maybe a burr on your bobbin case. First try changing the needle and retread your machine making sure it is in the take up lever. Also retread your bobbin making sure it slide into the tension disk.
This is my exact issue right now! My machine is at the repair shop but I am heeding your advice!! I will change my needles more often. Thank you!!
