If you don’t choose the county, like you chose Broward, would you have gotten less than 33 results? What’s the purpose for choosing the county if you already chose the cities?

I have two questions that still haven't been answered. Even when I send a message to my MLS they just send me a link to Matrix.. The first one is why when I pull up a list of rentals is it showing some that are active dated all the way back to 2014. The second thing is how can I search for listings that will not be available for another month or two? If the people aren't moving immediately and they want to see what's coming up in the future how can I search that? My other MLS had an option to put the listings in and and show the date of available .It would be greatly appreciated if someone would give an answer:-) thank you
