I haven't gotten to using weights or resistance bands yet, but i very faithfully do my exercises and stretches. It has greatly improved my ROM and I'm more toned. That has kept me going.

Too bad my employer and manager didn't understand that texting at 4:19am was interrupting my sleep for healing and then arguing with me over setting a boundary for that!
