    I haven't gotten to using weights or resistance bands yet, but i very faithfully do my exercises and stretches. It has greatly improved my ROM and I'm more toned. That has kept me going.

      That’s great to hear! I’m glad your range of motion has improved. Once you can add the resistance training, you will really be able to round out your program.

    I’m having IT Band issues cause really bad knee pain how do I fix this because my dr isn’t offering much solution

    Too bad my employer and manager didn't understand that texting at 4:19am was interrupting my sleep for healing and then arguing with me over setting a boundary for that!
