I really do enjoy watching your videos. I have swelling in my thighs calves and ankles. I was wondering if you have any exercises for the swelling to get rid of that. Can you tell me which ones they are and where I can find them. I have been doing some of your other exercises for my lower back and it seems to help. And if you can help me with this swelling I would love that. Thanks 🙏
I really enjoyed this. I just got in from work, and whilst my tea was cooking, I did it. I didn’t have any dumbells. I just used my body weight. I could feel it because of the effort i put in. Thank you.
