Hey Scott, Unfortunately Uniden does not offer software for Mac, Hopefully they might in the future. You could always run windows on mac with bootcamp or something similar... I know, I'm a mac guy myself, so it can be definitely frustrating. Here are a couple more options that we have not tried buy may be worth giving it a shot: 1. Windows Emulator on Mac: Using Wine: Install Wine from WineHQ, then run the Uniden Bearcat programming software through Wine. 2. Web-Based or Alternative Software: Using Chirp: Download and install Chirp from chirp.danplanet.com. It's a cross-platform tool that supports many radios. Hope this helps!
@@RacingRadios thank you for the tips but I'm definitely not tech savvy. I didn't realize it wasn't Mac compatible until after I bought it. I already have a perfectly good scanner that needs programmed manually. This was a waste of money.
Help! The IndyCar 2024 Frequency List in the zip on the website is inaccurate. #48 Jimmie Johnson still appears in the list along with other drivers not in the Indy 500 this year. Also missing Larson, Castroneves, etc. Great vid otherwise! Thank you!
