Bobby Z from The Revolution (live) to be able to recreate the LinnDrum LM-1 drum machine is not easy unless you're an all time 4 on the floor player. Jellybean Johnson, Michael Bland from NPG part 1... Sheila "Icon" E. That just about rounds off some of the best in this style of music.

@Nita Edge. You must not have seen my entry right above yours. It's not a "good look" at a paid music, concert performance... but there may be multiple reasons why it occurred. (You would not fully comprehend if you've never done event production, stage mgmt, audio engineering, or lighting tech work. Sometimes the load-in & set-up schedule for events is inadequate. Show time can end up "sneaking up" on the production crew without all the "kinks" being completely resolved. It's part of the reason you can attend shows where the artist is performing their ass off, but the lighting or sound is "OFF" during the first half. The crew continues tweaking things through the first half of the show, then by intermission they eventually get things to an acceptable level. I've witnessed it numerous times).
How long can they ride the coat tails of the Prince movie? As long as some street fest will give them money I guess. The band ain't bad though. The guitarist got some chops.
