Sjoe that SA backline is hopeless on defence.
You have to remember that these boys aren't training together every week and it's difficult to defend without chemistry, especially if you're on your backfoot

If those highlights are a fair reflection then England's youngsters looked more skilful and talented which is unusual as normally SA are too physical at that age for British teams as well as being as least as skilful, maybe the highlights were misleading but those English youngsters looked like really good prospects. Ps Goalkicking was terrible but that can be fixed .
Was a big improvement by England over their first match. Got to wonder how well SA would do if they were not playing at home.

England is better, sa had homa advantage and the referee advantage , if was in England or some nuetral ground, sa would have lost
Skill levels are great , place kicking and game management can improve. I like the look of Englands juniors.
Schools rugby is the best version of the game.

There is no way this is SA's best u18 team, the Boks looked very poor- at least half of the SA u18 side should be the Grey Bloem pack
Beautiful rugby from both sides. Very little between the teams - decided by a series of dodgy decisions by the authorities (three of the ‘tries’ were visibly not scored)

Different players and positions for the England team, and had probably gotten more used to the climate having already played 2 games
What is the selection path for South African School U18 players to get into the SA U 20 national setup ? Is it through clubs? or University's?
They normally keep these guys in the system if they can and look at varsity cup teams aswell. There is also a under 20 comp running
