This is likely that the board and Ukad only have jurisdiction over the second failed test, as the first failed test was under the WBC's anti-doping program, so the WBC are likely the only ones who can over see the first test, the second failed test was for the Eubank fight camp, so if UKAD can only adjudicate the second test then that might just show smaller left over traces of Clomifene from the first test, which would make sense why the NDAP said UKAD didn't prove a doping violation as they might have deemed the amount of Clomifene to be too low, if UKAD are only allowed to look at the second test then the NDAP could come to a very different conclusion compared to looking at both tests together, if that is the case then it is ridiculous for UKAD not to be allowed to rule on both tests together and they are very relevant to each other as it's the same substance on both tests..
If this Benn fiasco has shown me one thing, its that UKAD/British Boxing Board are not fit for purpose. They appear to have their hands tied behind their backs, and it comes down to who can afford the best lawyers, not guilt or innocence. Benn is a bit like Eubank because neither has won a world title, and yet make a lot of noise.
NAPD are made up of the best lawyers. They're KCs, anti doping experts etc. UKAD also have an excellent legal team. If they can't prove that Benn did something unavoidable then, that's on UKAD, not the Board and...this is just a small percentage of who is charged. They ban hundreds of people. They're very effective...and open. Its all online
