STICKY CHICKEN WRAPS
Ingredients for Chicken
Chicken breast cut into strips 400 gm
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Hot sauce 3 tbsp
Milk ¼ cup
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
salt ½ tsp
METHOD
Chicken breast cut into strips 400 gm marinate with garlic paste 1 tbsp, vinegar 2 tbsp, hot sauce 3 tbsp, milk ¼ cup, garlic powder 1 tsp, sugar 1 tsp, salt ½ tsp
Ingredients for Seasoned Flour
Flour 1 ½ cup
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Chicken powder 1 tsp heaped
Paprika 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Onion powder 1 tsp
Ingredients for Dipping
Eggs beaten 2
Milk 2 tbsp
Hot chili sauce 3 tbsp
Oil for deep frying
Ingredients for Sticky Sauce
Hot sauce ½ cup
Brown sugar ¾ cup
Butter 2 tbsp
Water ¼ cup
To Assemble
Tortillas 6
Cheddar cheese as required
Tomato 1 cut in cubes seeds removed
Lettuce chopped 1 cup
METHOD FOR CHICKEN
Marinate chicken strips with marination for 2 hours, mix in a bowl all the ingredients for seasoned flour. In another bowl beat milk and hot sauce. Take each piece of chicken from marination, roll in seasoned flour, then dip in egg and milk mixture, again roll it in seasoned flour, deep fry until golden and crisp.
METHOD FOR SAUCE
In a sauce pan, add hot sauce, brown sugar, butter and water, cook until sugar is dissolved about 5 min. Now toss the hot fried chicken pieces in the prepared sticky sauce, place your tortillas on a chopping board, spread with lettuce and tomato in the center of tortilla, place sticky fried chicken on it, then add shredded cheese, wrap up, put it in the oven for 5 mins until cheese melts, and serve immediately.

BURMESE KHAOSAY
Ingredients
Spaghetti 1 packet boiled and drained
Coconut milk 1 tin
Coconut milk powder 1 cup
Water 2 cups
Yogurt 1 cup
Roasted gram flour ½ cup
Curry leaves 15
Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
Crushed red pepper 1tsp
Salt 1 ½ tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Oil ¼ cup
Ingredients for Meat Sauce
Undercut finely chopped 750 gm
Onions 2 grated
Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
Chili powder 2 tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Roasted and crushed cumin 1 ½ tsp
Tomatoes 2 blended
Oil ¼ cup
Ingredients to Serve With
Fried onion ½ cup
Crispy fried garlic ½ cup
Green chilies chopped 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves chopped 4 tbsp
Lemon 2 cut into wedges
Chili chips 2 packets
Samosa patti chopped and deep fried to serve
Chaat masala as required
METHOD FOR CURRY
Blend together yogurt, water, spices and gram flour. Heat oil in a pot, fry chopped garlic, add in the blended mixture with all the remaining ingredients and cook stirring continuously for 10 mins until it boils, remove and keep aside.
Ingredients for Meat
Heat oil, fry chopped onion and garlic, add undercut, cook well, add all the spices with 1 cup water, cover and cook till undercut tender and oil comes on top, serve with all the toppings.

CHICKEN CHEESE KABAB
Ingredients
Boneless chicken 500 gm
Butter 3 ounces
Onion 1 chopped
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves 4 tbsp
Green chilies 4 chopped
Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
Roasted & crushed coriander 1 tbsp
Chili powder 2 tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
All spice powder ½ tsp
Whole Dried milk ½ cup
Salt 1 tsp heaped
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Nutmeg ¼ tsp grinded
Mace ¼ tsp grinded
Cheddar cheese ½ cup
Egg 1 beaten
METHOD
Put chicken mince with all the spices and vegetables into a chopper, grind well, make into seekh kebab shape, melt cheddar cheese, add in 1 egg, apply this on the seekh kebab, grill on a grill pan for just 5-7 mins, serve with raita and paratha.
