Words cannot describe how precious her voice is. Her inner personality shines through touches so many souls… I’m an opera singer myself but you’re my role model.. wish I can meet you one day on stage 🥹❤️
Manon. Another unbelievable redemption. Thanks Amiga Lisette for the Light are U bringing to us in these difficult times. BRAVA! Greetings from Madrid. BRAVA !! NO Extra Help...ROH will be pleased ... ; )
This was a socially distanced Covid concert. It oughtn't have worked, but the wonderful stage presence of the lady made it so. She made the large space her own and she and the company are to be congratulated.
I know im randomly asking but does any of you know a tool to log back into an Instagram account..? I stupidly forgot the login password. I would love any help you can give me!
@Brian Sonny Thanks for your reply. I got to the site through google and im in the hacking process atm. Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
Perfectly [im]perfect and just all around stunning and breathtaking. I strive for diligence like this. Grateful to have artistry like this to inspire me on my journey in this modern day and age. Brava a tutti!!!!! 2:09 👏🏾🤯👏🏾🤯😭💕
This is beautiful and I sincerely love Lisette's voice. However, can anyone else hear something in there that suggests that she is destined to sing other things in the future? I hear the potential for a lot of Puccini in her sound, but then, there is plenty of time for that 💕
She has the capacity. Even though she sounds like Beverly Sills, the voice is MUCH bigger. One of the very first roles I heard her sing was as one of the Rhein Maidens in Das Rheingold at the Met. There was really no problem hearing her over the orchestra.
She might sing Musetta or Liù--but just for fun. I think she could make something special of Liù's music, especially if the conductor makes sure the orchestra isn't too loud.
@@MrKONEWKO Dear Lady, your answer just shows us your lake of lyrical culture. Please do listen just to Victoria de Los Angeles or your Beverly Sills or refined Kathleen Battle who coule be an exemple for many supposed soprani ! And yoûll understand what Manon should be. Thanks for reading me. 👍🏽🎶🎼
@@jiminygerry Hahahaha! I'm very familiar with many recordings of Manon. Sills is one of my favorites in Manon. Kathleen Battle? Did she ever even make a recording of Manon? Much too light a voice for Manon.
un éclat de rire !!! where ? Massenet has written extremely precisely his notes he has written on his score ' vite ' et piqués ! ?! variations acceptable on the second time only ( b' part ! ) chapeau bas could have been better in rythm et doit fleurir = double croche svp ! BUT as always a great moment of music without the exciting presence of spectators

Que lujo conocerla en nuestros tiempos, cómo la Callas actual. Gracias por su optimo trabajo.
Her voice is like a shower of diamonds
Best commment
What a lovely way to express it!!!
The sheer beauty of her voice combined with the musicality and the ability to merge with the character is flawless. Thank you for making me cry.

Лизетта безусловно принадлежит к сонму легендарных оперных звёзд. Счастье, что она есть!

Can’t wait to see Lisette Oropesa live on stage for the first time in the upcoming season. Sadly it’s not Manon I’ll see her in, but so be it.
The most exciting Manon at the present time. Can't wait to hear you live soon Lisette.

Yes, maybe some of the lighter rolls. She’s so musical, obviously a bright intellect, I don’t think she’ll sing in a new fach too soon.

Her voice isn't traditionally beautiful but it's different. I like it.
Interesting to hear that! Why do you say it’s not traditionally beautiful?
What the hec is traditionally beautiful?? Lol...she is awesome! the color of her voice is beautiful !
@@Zitagirl76 I could not agree more!!
Io non ho questa passione sfrenata per la Oropesa A volte mi annoia il colore della sua voce Devo pero' ammettere l' ampiezza del suo repertorio
2:30
Maria callas with a thinner voice
What theater is this?
It looks like Covent Garden
@@operaticxingenue Yes, I think you're right. Thanks! Such a pretty venue!
Royal Opera House. Thanks Sur Anthony Pappano.
Awe, she’s like my mom singing and waiting for a salesperson to help her.
Popcorn stars ! Soooo damned constricted
Not too bad, not too good...
A perfect definition for Oropesa.
Très heureux que nous soyons du même avis 😁
Oh man do I disagree! Lisette is absolutely fantastic!
