LOVE THIS! I have oily tendencies and find the Thank You Farmer essence suits me better -it's far less dewy which I prefer 🤩
I discovered the CosRX sunscreen one year ago and there was no turning back. It feels so good, it doubles as a hydrator and it never irritates my very sensitive skin and eyes. I don't wear foundation at all but I confirm under the eyeshadow and the occasional concealer it works great. And yes, it never peals if added on top of my moisturizer during the winter months.
Same! It was the first one I started using (thanks to James Welsh) and I have like ZERO need to change it! It's perfect for my combination skin and works great under mineral foundation or without any. Also, it's very budget-friendly, at least where I live.

Does it have white cast and suitable for combination skin?
@@michelleng5352 No, it does not leave a white cast. My skin is normal-to-combination and I have no problem with it. I use moisturizer underneath in winter and a light serum in summer. It absorbs very well but I don't know what to say for other types of skin.

Really appreciate this (especially the non-tears inducing), and hope you’ll create a 2022 follow up! I also dearly hope the US market will actually get anti-aging and beneficial sunscreen…despite having access to so many options, it’s infuriating how they are not quality or on par with what is truly industry leading

I tried the newly reformulated Make Prem sunscreen, but it irritates the sides of my nose and leaves a white cast on my brown complexion. It's been a little too shiny for my oily skin. I can't wait for more videos!!
It is so funny that you recommend the COSRX sunscreen as sunscreen that doesn‘t pill up, because that is exactly the poblem I have with that product. Personally I LOVE the one form Isntree. i struggle with combination skin and it is the Inlay sunscreen that Workshop great on my oily and my der areas.

I've been using the Isntree sunscreen since May 2021 since you spoke so highly of it and it is amazing ! It works well under makeup and keeps my combo skin moisturized all day. Thank you so much for your work Cassandra, you are a wonder

J beauty / k beauty / Asian standard is to have pale skin . Now the people of Asia love the the pale skin so much , so they tend to use brightening products so much .. a word that I can't remember right now is actually in Korean says brightening but when u translate it to English it's pronounced as whitening .. the reason behind is Korean people doesn't have enough English education so sometimes little mistakes can happen .. do not worry the word whitening used in Asian skincare products means brightening basically .. they don't use any harmful ingredients

On another note…. I’m so sad my OG sunscreen- was reformulated. The Make Prem was my ultimate fav! But they reformulated it to be a mineral and chemical combo- and the white cast and pilling on my skin was nuts! It would take me 10mins to rub it in - and if I missed a bit… she stayed white! And then it became an oil slick on my dry skin….. like no-ones business!!!

Fun story, I used the COSRX sunscreen (I have normal skin) and I don't know how I got it to ball up. I mostly used Dear Klairs products, so just as a disclaimer for everyone that it can still happen.
The isntree was looking too greasy, for my normal skin. Finally, I found my holy grail the MAKEUP p:rem sunscreen is the one and I love it!!!
