From Wikipedia:
I-95 enters the Mid-Atlantic region in Virginia and travels through the center of the densest and most populous urban region in the US. I-95 travels north-south through Virginia, passing through the center of Richmond (where it is concurrent briefly with I-64) and connecting it with Northern Virginia. In the Washington Metropolitan Area, it is concurrent with the Capital Beltway, passing through the southernmost corner of the District of Columbia for about 0.11 miles (0.18 km) along the Woodrow Wilson Bridge before entering Maryland, where it bends away from the Beltway toward Baltimore.
What a great trip! I love going on Interstate 95 in Maryland! It's the best! Last time I was there was in June of 2022. I took that way to visit Washington DC and Baltimore.
25:26 At this point, you are actually driving past my old neighborhood-I grew up on the Adelphi/Beltsville line! The stretch of the Beltway and 95 between the B/W Parkway and Laurel (198) are old friends to me-many is the time I’ve driven on those stretches of road, and seeing it from the dashcam perspective takes me back to my youth! Thanks for the trip down Memory Lane in more ways than one!
Shout-out to my Belphi-Park Posse buddies-I don’t know where you all are now, but I miss you guys!
Born and raised here. Left in 2014. I miss it everyday. If anyone is looking for a sign to move to DC, MD, or VA, this is it!! Do it!
Thinking of moving to the area myself. Considering Alexandria.
Sign taken! Say no more!

Great drive from Washington DC to Baltimore MD on interstate 95 north
I never been to either Washington DC or Baltimore MD before
Good drive this one. I usually take the Washington-Baltimore Parkway depending on what part of town I’m coming from!
Guess what. I-295 MD-DC, DC 295 and MD 295/W-B Pkwy form one single alternate of I-95 throughout the CSA of Washington DC and Baltimore.
How Come U Took The Washington-Baltimore Parkway Kiwilnterstates Just Wondering
@@CrystalClearWith8BE Big problem with that - the Baltimore-Washington Parkway has only two lanes - in each direction through most of the road between the DC/MD line to MD 175 (where the National Park Service - which owns that stretch) - cedes ownership to the State Highway Administration - which owns the northern section. That sort of thinking predates 1967 - which is when Interstate 95 between the Beltways was constructed - made sense then - does not now. Worse - Interstate 195 - which replaced MD 46 - did not exist then, either. Unless I am in a hurry to catch a flight out of BWI, I will never drive the Baltimore-Washington Parkway between the Beltways - for ANY reason. And that is DESPITE my living closer to the Parkway than Interstate 95 (MD exit 3 is where I live off). US 1? Even worse - chockablock with stoplights!

Nice driving 😃
🙏
Your welcome
You are a very good driver. I moved to the dmv and I HATED people here. The way they drive and merge is absolutely inconsiderable and life threatening
I grew up down in PG County, and I’m only half joking when I say I learned to drive on the Capitol Beltway! The guys at the firehouse where I volunteer (I live in western Maryland now) wonder why I can’t get into NASCAR the way they love it, and I just tell them that if I want to see that kind of driving I’ll just go hang around a Beltway overpass!
Why not take the parkway? You added another 15+ minutes to the trip
Because this is for the video
I'm wondering why the video didn't show neither washington nor baltimore.
I'm from Newport news Virginia I 95 South
Mike can you do Baltimore Maryland downtown drive
Didn't have time to get a video of it when I was there this time but I'll be heading back up North later this year for a major trip.

Mike can you do Winston-Salem, can you drive all of Silas Creek Parkway, North to South and shouldn't take anymore than 30 minutes
I might check it out next time I’m in the area. It will probably be a while before I’m back in Winston
I use to live in Winston off of Silas Creek on Ebert St.
