I saw plenty of ammo racks during this weeks arcade mode, which makes me think that module damage roll (which is also subject to RNG) is proportionate to the damage roll ie. if you roll +25% on damage you also roll +25% on module damage.
1 time i use shitbarn on this mode and then max roll when use hesh and its pen on E100... It get ammorack bruh... So yeah i guess it depend on ur roll
Char 75 would be broken in this mode, if you hit the ammorack with all three shots it's always a detonation.
@@alanwatts8239there is a thing called saving throw, only a certain % of ammo rack hits actually cause damage to the module
fun fact: the lowest dmg you can do in the mode / could do in the mode is / was 29 dmg with the m26 pershing stock gun. the mode is basically a representation of rng. the foch b can do 4200 with a clip but it is like 600 x 600 x 600 x 600 x 600 x 600 because the damage range is 100 - 700. it is nice seing other people have bad rng for once ;). ebic video
The reason autoloaders were so popular, instead of Beeg Alpha guns is because they give you multiple chances for a high damage roll. If you roll -75% on a FV, you have to wait a long time for a next roll.

I played 1 game in this mode. 3 penning shots in my 268v4 =1k damage then I got yolo'd by a t57 and he high rolled his entire mag, at least 1 shot rolled 670. Switched back to randos right away.
Someone hit 1500dmg sheridan shot during this weekend and im sure they enjoyed it

I honestly had a ton of fun in this game and at tier 8 I got a ton of credits using premium tanks. It's very entertaining to play this mode and honestly it should be back more often.

I remember the first shot I penned in this weeks arcade cabinet, I rolled for around 1100 on a Patriot in my ISU. My second shot on a Tiger II dealth 235....
And then I executed a Skoda T56, by blowing his head off.

So nobody is gonna talk about the E4 which did 1000+dmg in APCR
The sheridan might be bad in this, But in WOTB holy shoot is it AWESOME. its shells fly fast (APCR, HEAT, HE) And its fast, average camo-ish and a 12 second reload for 500, only downside that the HE only does maybe 100+200 HP more of damage than APCR rounds, and its pen isnt that great on paper, but it plays well as a flanker/ambusher

The SHTVP felt absolutely dirty in this game mode. I was shooting every 3.17 seconds, literally like an autoloader. The AP sometimes would hit for 100 and others for 430 but the HE allowed me some pens of 700 which was insane. I remember 2-shotting a Skorpion G and a RHM when RNGesus was with me. That 25% reload buff felt very meaty.

Ah yes, this is that mode where I practically 2 shot tier 8 mediums or even heavies with my ShPTK-TVP, it could do like nearly 750dmg per shot with high roll on HE, 4 seconds and tank is deleted, they need to bring it back some time.

Enemy badger was shooting me about 200 damage in my Vz55. I was laughing at the moment..
Then, I'm starting to flank him. And what do I got? The same damage that he threw in my tank 🙂

this shows how the whole mechanic is broken, it should be only like +-10% not 25
agreed.... +/-25% is too much. in the military, if you miss 25% of your shots in basic training, you fail and get recycled.
I tried it: that a shitfest.
I did only one hig roll in 6 games, all other shoot was low roll.
So i forgot : iget two shoot or trishoot each game*

I played this mode, and tried the Caliban, and it was complete trash, like expected... I was told by QB to get GUD!!, next game I did 6700+ damage 5 kills in the ShtPhk TVP, and told him I did GUD in this tank... so I am thinking the Caliban is what needs to get GUD. He cried like a baby, like usual.

I did not like the mod. It seemed I got a lot more of the -50to75% rng rolls and very few high rolls. Nothing like a Skoda T56 pen a tank and get 150 damage. Kind of kills the fun.
ah you guys played it wrong. it was -/+ 75% rng yes, but it was also x2 reload times... so tanks with fast reloads, like obj140, and such, had 2 second reloads. with 320 alpha, yaha few low roles true, but i was putting out 500 damage rolls also, every 2.4 seconds, while you reloaded your 2 round clip.
never ran out of ammo in a obj140 before, until the arcade mode.
and zchwartz does 1400 to a shit barn in arty edvin doesnt even react

Because HEAT and AP have the same alpha of 750 and it doesn’t matter on shell type.

For me, all this proves is that WG can change the RNG at will. Are they low on revenue for that month? tweak RNG so people buy more gold, to buy more credits, to buy more gold ammo and press the 2 key.
