Living in my van by the river : cleaning, cooking, and nightmares - oh my!

Hi there ! My name is Courtney and I’m currently a master’s student living nomadically on the road in my self converted Chevy Express, Sylvia, alongside my black cat Mojo :)
Here is a cloudy gloomy but peaceful morning by the river in the mountains including dishes, banana pancakes, and a few reflections about some recent nightmares I’ve been having (I’m sure others relate).
