They updated hope tree so that the banish ability has a cooldown for one round, but I tested a little bit and still think the strategy in this video is good enough, just not as toxic and oppresive as in the past. The issue with Hope Tree is that there are bugs with the synergy bonuses. I.e. "energy reaches" is not really reaches, those skills still consume energy while they shouldn't. Like Mystifiers Grace of Demon that you mentioned and Grace of Divine in Etherials. Or the fact that Banish manages to trigger on 0 turn even if you got 3+ Glorians if your opponent is on attacking side. Btw, the first bug is what allowed you to win the 1st place in the Colosseum :) The second is what caused your opponent to be able to banish one of your heroes in the beginning of the battle.
I initially picked Souleater after it carried me through last season, but used a reset this week to get rid of it. Just found it too detrimental to other buffs you could get but miss with particular heroes eaten.
You need to open it in the tree, and then either two Mystifiers in your team, or 1 mystifier and +1 skill activated in the tree. and of course 100 energy for each use of banish.

Any chance you can make a video for what to focus on for PVE modes? I'd really like to clear Rift-Hell this reset.
Looking at the excel spreadsheet, obviously yes means yes, and no means no. But what does it mean if it’s left blank?
And if it says yes, do I max out that node at 5/5? Or just put enough to get to the next one?

But it can effect minions and other
