I honestly can't explain why but I get more immersed and creeped out from broken lot's g mod videos than other creators' backrooms/horror animations. I like the others too don't get me wrong but these are my personal favorites.
The use of g-mod maps and how you built the suspense was really well done! Though, the, “You are mine,” at the end just made me think that the monster adopted the camera person as a pet. I found it funny, but the way some people treat their pets...Maybe that’s the real horror. 💀
Wow! I loved the look of the environments here! A lot of the Grasslands Found Footage have been mesmerising and almost heavenly looking, so to have this scary looking interpretation of the Grasslands gives a different perspective of how it can be made into horror. I LOVE seeing both different variations. The entity watching the wanderer was VERY creepy, keeping me on the edge of my seat as the wanderer made their way through the level. The attention to detail was so well done! LOVED it!

Grassrooms seems like a nice level for a wanderer colony. Man what is it about the source engine that my brain identifies it immediately. All the HL2 textures.
I know I’d definitely never leave if I ended up in that level, simply because even if I did end up getting got by an entity there, it’d be the most peaceful place for it to happen tbh. Like idk I could be at peace with that fate
