The daffodils surprise me. They are so tall...beautiful. I really enjoyed seeing all the waterflows and so many little falls in your video. Thank you for sharing.
It was a really cool trip. There aren’t any mesmerizing trails in Ohio like you see out west or in WV, VA, NY etc. When you get cool stuff on trail like flash flooding, waterfalls, surprise flowers amongst the brown, it really stands out and makes you appreciate the nature. Thanks for watching.
Hey this was great! Those all rain days just seem to require a hammock system. I like your friends setup as well. Seems like a lotta folk have his tent. If I go with a tent, I'm still carrying the amazon brand Clostnature 1 person free standing tent. It's like 3.7 lbs. I know... I heard your heart skip a beat when I said 3.7 lbs.🤣. I carry a twig stove with trangia backup for rain days. My pack is probably the nicest thing I have because my oldest daughter bought it like 3 years ago and never used it so I use it. I'm skinny so it works great. My hammock system is the ddhammocks frontline with 12' hex tarp I got off the Zon and then I just put a blue mat inside the hammock and sleep like that. I found that my ridge rests trap moisture inside the grooves between the ridges especially if it's a chilly one. If it's really cold I add a 6' piece of reflectix. Anyway... good stuff here for sure! You take care. NQU
I’m not gonna hate on the heavy tent. We’re thinking of summiting Mt Marcy for the eclipse. I don’t have any tents, so I’m gonna take Sara’s old 5 lbs freestanding tent on that trip lol
Watching now and thanks for the tip about the water there. I would have stayed under that rock formation you passed but there may not have been room for two
Awesome video as usual question my good man time index 4:43 where is that spot at exactly That would make for an epic waterfall shot so long as you get down low enough with a semi wide lens like maybe a 28 mm
How do you want me to quantify that? GPS coordinates? It was right after the creek crossing by Archers Fork Rd. I can pull rough coordinates if you want.
Love the videos man!! I am heading down to Wildcat Hollow long loop this month! Anything I should know before I leave? Keep up the awesome work brother!

So many daffodils!
Nice touch of spring
I've done this loop a couple times! Close to home for me.
That first big rock you show I always think looks like a shark.
Haha I can totally see that now. I’m glad I went out in the rain, I’ve never seen so much water in WNF lol, thanks for watching!
