- Just a short video of my new TRX4M Ford F150 High Trail with an Injora 55T motor and the low gear transmission. I got this the first day it was out thanks to TM AutoSports in Grand Forks ND. Give Bobby a shout and he will get you fixed up. No they do not sponsor me they are just a great Traxxas dealer that care about their customers. Like, Comment and Subscribe.
Man those trucks are beautiful!! I’ve always like the Chevy bodies but that Ford looks amazing too and will have a hard time choosing!!
Nice and helpful video!!!
Thank you!! I agree it's such a huge choice so I made the best one, both!! Love them!!
I have the Injora motor & the Injora metal gears you definitely have to put in the metal gears it makes a huge difference in how it drives.
Thanks for the hint. I have the plastic Traxxas gears in mine. It's been fine but I have to agree metal is normally better. Thanks for the tip that it helps the way it drives. I may have to do that too.
@@bradsrcsmore3848 I got the gears on Amazon they are inexpensive but it’s the low gear metal set & they where kind of a pain to get them all in & meshed properly but man what a difference you can just feel how solid they are & it even sounds way different then stock.
@@Casitascrawlers I will check it out on amazon. Thanks for the tip! 😁
Awesome Brad both look great 👍💯
Thanks Dan👍 I think so too!!
The 55's a great motor. So much torque at less power usage. I use one in my crawler.
I agree! I will use the 48T or 55T I have had great luck with both. This is the 3rd TRX4M with one or the other. For the price and power you can't beat them.
Do those tires fit on the bronco?
They are a bit to tall for the Bronco body. It sucks because they would be great on it.
Great video, which injora motor is better? Also will the Ford body fit the Chevy chassis?
Thank you!!! The 48T is just a hair faster. Crawling I think they are very close. I cant tell a difference. Yes, the body's will interchange.
@@bradsrcsmore3848I’ve have tons of time with stock,48,and 55t.With my experience if you need the utmost control for rock crawling stock motor works best with the red 55t motor close second. The purple motor was just a tad jerky to me. I really notice when I’m descending and dont want to upset the chassis.I’m keeping the stock motor in my bronco for more extreme control rock crawling and red motor in my trail Dedender and purple in my high trail for some buzzing around fun,but soon I’ll put the red motor in the high trail also.
@@Elisplushies360woodierc, I agree with every bit of what you said. My goal was to have the best happy medium. I want much more speed with the crawler gears and the stock motor for crawling was amazing but it was just painfully slow. The low end of the 55T is better I agree. I got both to see the difference. I am putting the 48T in my Bronco and the 55T in both my High Trails when the new 55T gets here. I was looking for the best of both worlds without going brushless on a budget and keep the stock ESC and I believe like you the 55T fits that bill. 😁
New sub here
Thanks for subbing!!!
