My brain is horrible to me. I have chronic anxiety/health anxiety. Been on antidepressants for years and I'm currently having a big wobble. Having a "me day" is definitely good for you. I hope you're feeling a bit better now xx

I am an avid mental health awareness advocate and spoken word performer, and I love this so much. I travel the country trying to bring that awareness on stages, in classrooms, hospitals, and on my TH-cam channel, so I get excited when I see other advocates. 💚❤️💚
The makeup declutter was giving TH-cam 2010 vibes and I LOVED it....I hope you're feeling better soon, it's okay not to be okay, but it's not okay to always not be okay.

It could be the change in seasons Han. Every year when it starts to get dark earlier I always feel a bit down in the evenings. About March/April time when it starts to change again I feel normal again. It's called Seasonal Affective Disorder. I hope you feel better soon, just look forward to warm cosy nights, with hot chocolates and lots of festivities to come too! ❤

Aww this vlog was lovely it was so nice to see you just having a chilled, realistic day and looking after yourself!! You work so hard! As for the antidepressants thing, I’ve been taking them for about 18 months and feel SO much better and you know what, I don’t plan to ever come off them. My parents will always ask “are you still on them? Are you not gonna come off them yet?” and I feel like should I ?? but then I remember they WORK for me and have changed my life. No one would bat an eyelid if I had to take daily meds for the rest of my life for a physical health issue, so why is mental health any different? Our brains work a lil differently and need an extra boost to get by - and that’s ok!❤
Thank you! There is defo no shame in being on antidepressants!!! I’d go back on them in a heartbeat if I feel I need to. You’re right, medication for mental health should be treated the same way meds for physical health is! Hope you’re doing well lovely xx
