What is weirder about the illusioner is that in a snapshot not long ago they changed 2 pixels in the texture that were wrong even though the mob isn't used
They even gave it a makeover for Minecraft Dungeons. I think that they want to add it to survival unlike the Indev Giant and Killer Bunny, but they just do not know how to balance it.
The thing I want most is being able to place items on the heads, like how an ender rod makes a horn, a lighting rod looks like a snorkel, or glass looks like a helmet. It'd be neat
I've always thought that Zombie Horses would be fun to be added to Zombie Sieges, you know when a massive group of Zombies spawn at a Village, perhaps there could be an armored Zombie leading the group riding a Zombie Horse
I think the Potion of Luck should be implemented by having it being brewed with a rabbit's foot, and making them drop it way more rarely to emphasize the luck aspect. Then make potions of leaping obtainable by making frogs drop frog legs
@@SpeedyMcMichaelI’d say make the frog leg as rare as rabbit legs are NOW, then change the rabbit’s foot to drop a little more often. Frogs are SIGNIFICANTLY easier to farm than rabbits, so the frog legs can be more easily farmed, eliminating the rarity issue (since otherwise no one will make jump boost potions… just like they do now).
Fun fact! In the controls menu (I think) you can toggle an operator items tab in the creative inventory where you can find most of these items and more!
Honestly, potions of luck would be a cool addition to survival. They could change the leaping potion recipe, and make the rabbit’s foot the luck potion ingredient.
@@kacperkonieczny7333that’s what i was thinking. Ever since they added illager raids the zombie ones have felt so boring and bare bones in comparison. Just adding a few zombies riding zombie horses so that they would be faster would be really cool
I think the most metal way to finally add zombie horses would be to make a very rare (Ice Spikes rare) biome called something like “Blighted Lands” that has dead trees and grass, spawns undead enemies during the day and has zombie horses instead of regular ones. Also the skybox should be sickly green or dirty red.
I feel like the Illusioner could be spawned in the trial chambers, having a special room designed around it, like how the Breeze has a room that takes advantage of its mechanics
The Elder Guardian Ghost is already used in Survival. It is only used to display the Animation that plays when you get cursed by an Elder Guardian. In Bedrock Edition it got revamped to show an actual 3D Model even in 3rd Person which is why that Thing exists
I love the atention to detail. Like, when you where talking about the armor stands, the ARMS main theme was playing, and when you where talking about paintings, it was the Mario Paint one.
In a random 1.14 snapshot, the Giant actually had AI built into it after 4 years of having no AI. It was essential a much more powerful, much faster zombie. And by powerful, i mean it two shots in full prot 4 diamond armor. They even went as far as to give it a baby variant, and make it infect villagers. But then only 2 snapshots later, all of those changes got removed.
I wonder if that Giant could contend with The Warden or "balanced" modded entities like the Dragons from Ice and Fire, or any of the mobs from Orespawn or Scape and Run: Parasites.
2:00 i would implement them so that Zombies can attack horses and have a chance to become zombified (just like Zombie Villegers) this could make horses even more useless though so maybe thats why they didn't do it, but doing it this way could also make it so horses are more common
cool video. idk how many of these are really "secret", aside from maybe the skeleton and zombie horse. i think anyone following minecraft for the past 10 years would know most of these things already, and they have pretty significant recognition within the community.
Fun fact: the illusioner is in Minecraft Dungeons (but with a different design and modified mechanics) as a fully implemented mini boss Makes me wonder even more why it's not in main Minecraft's survival
They probably find it difficult to balance for the base game. I installed a mod that adds it to raids, and it is fairly annoying to fight while also being attacked by an Evoker or Pillager that I cannot see. It is not too difficult to defeat, but it is very annoying.
I actually never heard of the elder guardian gost, it’s been a long time since Minecraft facts actually taught me something new. But I will say I do use the furnace minecart for transporting villagers.
The Giant was originally intended to be a boss, but wasn't fully removed because Notch liked it too much. I think that it would be cool to see it return as a miniboss, just like the Illusioner, in a different structure, possibly underground or something like that, with yet another rare drop, some abilities, and AI of course.
Actually, luck improves your fishing drops. (Yes, I know he said that in the video, I commented before watching to the end) Edit: and elder guardian ghost is used for the jumpscare iirc Edit 2: you can get the secret paintings in creative inventory if you enable operator items tab in controls Edit 3: there's a gamerule which makes you only be able to craft if you have the recipe, which is where the knowledge book is useful
what if, with your luck potion idea, you could fish for treasure anywhere, even in small amounts of water? so you could do the old AFK fishing strategy as long as you had the effect active. that would be huge
I think a really cool use for the knowledge books could be unlocking new recipes, where you'd find them in a structure and using them would unlock a new recipe to craft and putting it in the recipe book. These items would be quite difficult to craft and can only be crafted after using the recipe book, so smart players can't skip getting the book, making it actually sought after.
nope the elemental paintings are practically ancient, but only recently became usable, theyre nearly as old as paintings as a whole are so if they were to tease anything it's pulled a Tuning Fork and left when Notch did
My plan for the luck potion: make luck breweable with rabbit’s feet (they’re not a common drop) and add a frog’s leg drop from frogs for jump boost. For bad luck, fermenting a good luck potion is probably a better idea, but you could also make brewing a clock give bad luck potions. Gifting someone a clock is bad luck in china
For Zombie Horses, I think zombies should have a low chance of spawning on one, and being able to ride it. This gives an added challenge and functionality.
Fun fact: wither skeleton skulls can be obtained with charged creepers as well, but in some cases it might just be better to obtain them the intended way.
Funnier idea for the killer bunny make it a secret joke boss and make it drop the holy hand grande witch should just by throwable tnt that works after 3 seconds no more no less
3:04 here’s my idea for how to implement the illusioner. First of all he should be buffed, maybe more health, a highly enchanted bow, he could ride a ravager, ect. And have him go into a state where he can’t move or attack the player but becomes immune to fire, magma blocks, and wither just to make him more challenging to farm. So finally my idea for how to implement him: Have him spawn alone after the final wave of a raid, maybe the raid heal the bar changes color and now says Raid Boss or Illusioner. My ideas for his drops are as follows, maybe a more powerful totem like an enchanted totem or something to that effect. It could swap itself out for another totem if it’s in your inventory or maybe it just gives you more regen and absorption when it triggers. My other idea is that it could drop one single diamond, this would make it possible (although very tedious) to get diamonds in super flat or skyblock where mining isn’t an option especially because diamonds are now needed for crafting smithing templates and mojang is experimenting with requiring them for villager trading for diamond gear Edit: also he could have a 100% chance to drop his bow making it a reliable way to get a powerful bow, maybe it automatically has infinity because that enchant it rather underutilized and would present a good trade off for mending

the illusioner is in Minecraft dungeons, and the fact that its technically in normal Minecraft, kinda makes me think that it was a test thing that never went through, but they decided to use it for dungeons. but idk when it was added to normal minecraft so i could be wrong.
If they add a luck potion i would make it a new plant called you guessed it, the clover, but 1/1000 of them would be 4 leaf and brewing those would give u a luck potion
Imagine a structure, where there are hidden contraptions where spawner minecarts will randomly pass by random rooms of the structure to randomly summon mobs.
2:20 I think this is a really creative idea! However making it only accessible through a very rare structure could make it a bit to difficult to obtain. Here are some ideas I had for how to implement it. 1: same as skeleton horses where during a storm a zombie trap could spawn. 2: riding a horse into the nether could zombify it kinda like the inverse of piglings or hoglins. 3: they could naturally spawn at night with zombies on them, maybe they are very rare or they only spawn at abandoned structures like temples, also maybe they have iron swords/ armor to pose more of a challenge
There’s a data pack on vanilla tweaks that adds armor stand functionality like arms and poses and stuff in the form of a book, which is really fun to play around with and would be a cool addition to vanilla

Perhaps instead of getting the luck effect by brewing a potion, holding a rabbits foot in your off hand could give it to you? Or maybe you could craft an item that’s like a “good luck charm” out of a chain, a copper ingot, and a rabbits foot and holding that would give the effect
I slightly disagree about the paintings; they are clearly a different style to the survival ones and the fact they are exclusive to creative is the reason they are interesting in the first place.
What if to make zombie horses useful in survival, they can be cured to normal horse and that horse is guaranteed with good stats, that way its exciting to find abandoned villages because there are zombie horsedls that upon cure reveal themselves to be an above average horse.
I actually do kinda want command blocks in survival. Just a block created of nine different materials in the most difficult late game areas as a reward for essentially conquering the game.
I'm sure someone's already said this but it'd be cool if zombie horses were occasionally ridden during Zombie Hoards, yh the feature where a concerning amount of zombies spawn in a village
I beleive one of the main reasons for the knowledge book is for adventure / challenge maps. As you can set it to where you need the recipe of an item in order to be able to craft it. So map makers can use these to allow you to "Unlock" certain items.
imagine if minecraft added clovers as a type of flower, and very rarely a 4-leafed clover spawns and this 4-leafed clover could be used to brew a luck potion
I think Zombie Horses should have a chance at generating in a Zombie Village's animal pens. I would also like to see a limited version of the debug stick in survival, so you can rotate stairs and such without having to break them and replace them.
From what I know, the illusioner wasn't fully added to Minecraft because Mojang had trouble making it actually work in the game. If it was added, I think the addition of a wizard's tower you can find in the middle of nowhere with his loot and an illusioner inside would be cool
Here is my takes on the mobs: Killer Bunny can be made when bunny is stroke by a lightning(it won't attack player in peaceful mode, but still kill wolfes Giant would be cool to spawn as an exteremely rare mob during village attacks(when zombies do massive attack on villagers) or when zombie leader summons Back Up Also make it unable to spawn in caves or near player Give it cool loot too, because it's intended to be slain Zombie horse i agree with your take, just add on a detail that makes it more different then regular horse(like make it regenerate or something) Illusionist i think that he can be summoned if player enters a specific room in a woodland mansion with Hero of the Village effect, other pillagers don't visit the room during this
they should add the spawner minecart, i think it would be interesting to find them and bring them to your base. maybe they could update the dungeon to have a very rare spawner with a different texture that could be moved
If I’m not mistaken the zombie horse was available in survival on the 3ds edition of Minecraft, I think I remember seeing it when I used to play on that
The paintings can actually be obtained in the creative inventory if you go to options, controls and turn on operator utilities tab. Just so you know i guess.
I also saw a couple of items locked in minecraft education edition. Its a very obscure version of minecraft and it would he cool to talk about its exclusive stuff (like your bedrock video)
15:21 my friend and i were discussing this effect a little while ago. I suggested that maybe you could throw a gold nugget/ingot/block in a well to get a level of luck corresponding with what you threw in. This would also give a reason for wells to exist. I know that it could be a bit op tho so idk
Server I used to play had it set so players always dropped thier head on death so the player that killed them would have a sort of trophy wall displaying their pvp wins. It wouldn’t be hard to add
Another mob that is exclusive to Bedrock addition and can only be summoned using commands is the NPC. If you’ve ever played a Minecraft Bedrock map before you’ll come across these. They can be summoned using commands. When in creative you can edit their text and change their skin. And in survival you can read their text.
I think making a few things which you could only craft if you found the recipe book could be cool. Like if there was a trident craft book which you could only get through some special method. Though we would need to add a duplication method for that, and maybe custom icons but I’m not picky.
Or just let you tag recipes as requiring discovery, like in that one gamerule. Even if we don’t actually use it I’d like the feature as a datapack maker. That would also allow for advancement-tied recipes.
14:35 it already boosts chest loot. If the chest is not yet generated, the luck effect boosts it. I've tested this myself, because I was a loser with nothing better to do.
I think how the good luck and bad luck potions should be added is by adding an extremely rare "flower" (no clue if those are actual flowers) called the four leaf clover that when brewed makes the good luck potion. You can also place a four leaf clover and a spider eye (or some other "mysterious" item) next to each other in a crafting table to get a broken four leaf clover which can be brewed to make the bad luck.
They should let me be invincible in survival just like in creative mode I think that would be good game design!

I beleive one of the main reasons for the knowledge book is for adventure / challenge maps. As you can set it to where you need the recipe of an item in order to be able to craft it. So map makers can use these to allow you to "Unlock" certain items.
These aren't creative exclusive mobs, they are command exclusive ones. Survival can also be played with commands
my idea for implementing zombie horses is to have some zombies ride them in the zombie hordes that can rarely spawn at night at villages
Hi key I love the elemental paintings and wish they fully added them. :(
Fire and Water are definitely some of my favorite paintings in the game tbh
Zombie horses should get a buff thet their faster at night just like the zelda armor set
THANK YOU
I thought i was the only one who thought Zombie Horses fit perfectly in abandoned villages XD
Torch flowers can be used for bad luck while Pitcher flowers can be used for good luck
Just my idea
imagine if minecraft added clovers as a type of flower, and very rarely a 4-leafed clover spawns
and this 4-leafed clover could be used to brew a luck potion
I think Zombie Horses should have a chance at generating in a Zombie Village's animal pens.
I would also like to see a limited version of the debug stick in survival, so you can rotate stairs and such without having to break them and replace them.
From what I know, the illusioner wasn't fully added to Minecraft because Mojang had trouble making it actually work in the game. If it was added, I think the addition of a wizard's tower you can find in the middle of nowhere with his loot and an illusioner inside would be cool
Your idea is really cool for the zombie horse but maybe another way it could spawn is like the skeleton horse and have zombies on top of them
Yeah, I really want these mobs in survival.
That guardian thing is interesting.
13:06 I see that, I guess I should try to get them then😈.
Technically you can bring these features to Survival mode by enabling cheats
Don't mess with us 5 adventure mode fans, Mr. Central this means war 😤
Here is my takes on the mobs:
Killer Bunny can be made when bunny is stroke by a lightning(it won't attack player in peaceful mode, but still kill wolfes
Giant would be cool to spawn as an exteremely rare mob during village attacks(when zombies do massive attack on villagers) or when zombie leader summons Back Up
Also make it unable to spawn in caves or near player
Give it cool loot too, because it's intended to be slain
Zombie horse i agree with your take, just add on a detail that makes it more different then regular horse(like make it regenerate or something)
Illusionist i think that he can be summoned if player enters a specific room in a woodland mansion with Hero of the Village effect, other pillagers don't visit the room during this
WHERE'S MY COOL BOWSER!?!?
they should add the spawner minecart, i think it would be interesting to find them and bring them to your base. maybe they could update the dungeon to have a very rare spawner with a different texture that could be moved
If I’m not mistaken the zombie horse was available in survival on the 3ds edition of Minecraft, I think I remember seeing it when I used to play on that
POV: You are collecting these items in survival
Illusioners should spawn as a mini boss in woodland mansions
I KNEW I WASNT INSANE FROM SEEING THE ELDER GUARDIAN GHOST! NO ONE BELIEVED ME!
I would make the killer bunny spawn in abadoned villages along with zombie horses
Since they spawn in deserts and flower fields maybe have it be a 1/150 chance (on hard mode) to spawn in place of normal ones
13:36 they added in the same update
The paintings can actually be obtained in the creative inventory if you go to options, controls and turn on operator utilities tab. Just so you know i guess.
I just noticed that you used the zombie horse in the giant section. cool detail.
I could see the knowledge book being used to unlock exclusive crafting recipes that are unattainable normally
An idea for the spawner minecart is to have it in the trial Chambers on custom rails that can't be changed or interacted with like normal rails
The zombie horse was added back in 2013? That's my birth year! Maybe even before that?
Server I used to play had it set so players always dropped thier head on death so the player that killed them would have a sort of trophy wall displaying their pvp wins. It wouldn’t be hard to add
the illusioner and giant could be cool as "bosses" in the trail chambers
The classic creative inventory though…
10:45
Chuckles
"I'm in danger"
I've tested this myself, because I was a loser with nothing better to do.
don't forget the petrified oak slab
IMO it should be expanded into a mechanic where wood can be fireproofed by smithing it with quartz
4 leaf clover is real, there is a lot of clover where I live so I’ve found a few
for the knoledge book it could be in structures for exclusive recipies like the netherite trim
