Tacoma Whip Mod on 3rd Gen 4runner DETAILED

If the motorized antenna on your 3rd gen 4runner has stopped working or is stuck, this video is for you!
In this video I will show you how to do the "tacoma whip mod" which replaces the motorized antenna with a non motorized whip antenna. This mod will also allow you to use pretty much any antenna that you want!

You should have swapped to a shorty. I took my electric out and screwed in a shorty and no more issues

I don't think there is a cabin filter on these 3rd gen 4runners

@@aramschannel I think the same, but I'm a little confused because some tell me yes and others say no, I've looked for it and can't find anything, they have a blower and there are videos about it but nothing more; thanks for answering
