Big Ben freezing !what cinematography ! loved the movie! esp the part where they did not divorce! i teared up! Zoe's diabetic situation hit home, lost my sister two years ago due to diabetic complications!
Thank you everyone for your positive comments, I am glad I watched this movie! Love from South Africa!
Watching this whilst having a heatwave here in the uk ... Keeping cool...😊
this movie clearly highlight the arrogant attitude from those in power but that's corrupt beaucrats for you only worry about their own personal well being and not anyone else
This is a good disaster movie. Acting and plot decent. Well worth watching. Thank you for the upload.
Thanks I’ll watch later
It's a bit more realistic than the global warming tale the powers that be are spinning.
Regardless of the innocent people that perish in these movies.. I watch it for the entertainment and that's all
@@yscoutinho252 It's not a tale. It's reality, based on elementary school physics.
Interestingly, there is a Russian town the remote village of Oymyakon in eastern Siberia. A monument in the town square commemorates the day in 1924 when the temperature fell to a record 96 degrees below zero Fahrenheit. Oymyakon, north of the Sea of Okhotsk, is the coldest permanently inhabited place on earth. with a population of around 900, that doesn't close schools until the temperature reaches -67 degrees. The daily winter temperature average is -50 degrees. Few things grow there so they eat mostly fish and meat.
😢
How interesting. Thank you for the information, I`ll look it up on the internet. I`m very interested in facts like this.
I saw a documentary on it, as well as others dealing with Siberia overall. For younger school children no school for them when it's -45 F.. Public schools and buildings do have heated water in town which also heats apartments. Outside of town they store ice blocks like you would hay and melt the blocks for house water.
The region has triple paned vehicle windows. Truck drivers light small fires under their vehicle oil pans to thaw the oil out.
Semi's (lorries) travel in caravans. They pull each other out when stuck. The people have genetically adapted by being shorter and rounder.
There are some towns that do things like the Eskimo's did until about the 1950's, I think. Visitors sleep with the hosts wife and any pregnancy is celebrated, as it brings in genetic diversity.
Great movie real eye opener.
Something like that could really happen
Makes me cry a lot at the end. So very nice and wonderful movie.... i love so much theres a lesson learn about the family. thanks so much for uploading this video, Rising Nova English,. more power to your channel.
Oh we're having winter here in Queensland Australia and I'm watching this. I don't mind winter here but certainly wouldn't want to be in really cold countries
What a nail biting movie. Really enjoyed watching this movie 😊❤
I just finished watching this movie. I really liked it! 😊
I'm just now watching. It looks fun!
This is a fascinating story, I am cold looking at it....
You know it's a good movie when you've watched it as many as 4 times in a week and not get bored with it
Though they should dispose of employing the bratty teen theme. It's really tiresome.
@@yscoutinho252
that's nothing, i watched an anime series that had 2 seasons/26 episodes each once a day for over 7 days🤔🤔😳😳😛😛🇺🇲🦅🇺🇲
@@warbunny13203 try watch 8 seasons of charmed in 36 hours staight with no sleep
Low boredom threshold?
Good thing the cold front only reached as far as Tokyo and Hong-Kong. Come to Philippines, it's safe here. And bring some of that cold weather with ya! 😂😂😂
What a nice movie, I really like it.. its worth watching ❤
I don`t know why they named it tornado when there was none but it was very good. Acting and story was good too.
that's ok, there's a hurricane movie on yt that only has a tornado in it🤔🤔😛😛🤡🤡🇺🇲🦅🇺🇲
Ever notice in movies when someone yells "Get out of the water!" All those who don't listen usually die. If I'm taking a bath and my wife runs in the bathroom and yells "get out of the water," I'm gettin' outta the tub.
Whatever you do, don't let your teen daughter find this out or she'll be yelling it every time you get in the tub, just for laughs!
😂
Unfortunately.. not too many people get out of the water fast enough.. 😢
Believe it or not, I was taking a bath and we had a tornado headed toward our town, I am 74 and that happened when Iwas13. I never get in tub during stormy weather.
Hey ,,that only works if there isn't a Landshark in the area ,ARE YOU KIDDING ME ok utube the movie list been off the chain for 2 wks now here we are at ,,,Landshark,,,,,,,,,,then Ice tornado,,, I was to afraid to look at the next 1 inline,,,I'm goin to guess maybe.,,,,,,,tractor pulling on the rings of Saturn,,,,BAHAHAHA!!!!!
This movie is a learning method, always be prepared before a tensed situation occurs.
exactly
"Are we going to die?" Well, if you do, then you're never going to know. You'll be dead, that's it, all done, no worrying about anything ever again.
Yep. It's like before you were born.
Saw this before on TH-cam, but im running out of movies that arnt blood and guts . Need more monster movies translated.
Thank you
I “second” every thing you said!! I love monster movies but have seen every one that I could find translated. Cheesy disaster movies are great too. But not TOO scary- more “cheesy”😂

Wow
If there’s be the wrath of God, nothing and no one will help
Two thumbs up very good movie
Informative, let's prevent pollution
Love the fictional "science" of the movie...(completely defies reality)
Ice Road Truckers... REALITY... They run into -80 F and keep driving with 50 mph winds.
It DOES get below -100 at the northern oil rigs and diamond mine.
You have a couple of minutes before frostbite. You don't flash freeze.
Wait wait… so this cold kills people on contact, yet hes out there scraping his windsheild and going to get insulin. ….
"Are we gonna die?" "Not if I can help it." As he reaches for the heat control in the truck.
A great film ❤
Why is some little weather station in Tasmania predicting the glacial weather in Russia, China and England which is no where near Tasmania? Very strange... 🧐
Good story
You are motivating me to watch this movie

Ice tronado 🌪️❄️
imagine tis to happen in reality, well its good and quick death than earthquake or drowning in tsunami
Thank God this movie isn't a true story
Could become one though in the future, if mankind doesn't change …
Never seen a dog bark without moving his mouth 😅
Maybe this is how the ice age happened. Hopefully, we have some smart people to save mankind when such a thing happens.
This guy from stargate is not emoting very well. But maybe the stage direction is for him to be wooden. Haha.
Also i wanna see what’s happening with that waitress in red! Haba
Thanks Zoe and Jack didn't die.I LOVE disasters movies without ozone layers earth will be long exploded GOD created ozone layers for a reason.nice movie but not too many disastrous action but Yaa it's worth watching

How many fact-checks were done for this movie?! None! If you want to kill a person with diabetes who is having a low blood sugar reaction, then give them insulin! Her blood sugar was 59 when she last checked her blood, and it was probably still dropping. When a diabetic person has a low blood sugar reaction, the proper course of action is to give them glucose tablets, which she would have carried with her in her purse, or juice or a regular soda. Please never give insulin to a person with diabetes experiencing a low blood sugar reaction!!! Consequently, this movie exemplifies how checking facts can save a person's life! The oversight of this misinformation made me angry because I'm a Type 1 insulin-dependent diabetic. Moreover, the extremely low temperature killed everyone else; how can this director expect us to believe that the protagonist had the unique ability not to freeze when he went outside to his SUV?! Consequently, this movie was fraught with inconsistencies that far outstretched the realm of believability.
Thunder and lightning here in Germany about 26 degree
Klu terjadi di Indonesia waa pasti gempar yaà 😂😂😂
Really Good Movie because its made in Australia Aussie Aussie Aussie
EXCELLENT FILM ONE QUESTION THE DIABETIC WOMAN HOW DID HE KNOW WHAT INSULIN AND HOW MUCH TO GIVE.
He didn’t and it does not matter because if someone’s glucose level is 58 you don’t give them insulin you give them glucose i.e. candy.
like the Roland Emmerich movie. A woman fell ill and someone needed to get penicillin from a frozen boat full of wolves.
I would comment if in real life the daughter is a spoiled brat
Why on earth would anyone forget to take their insulin.. geez!?😮
Nice💋💋💋💔💔💔🌹🌹🌹✨️✨️✨️
his tdaughter complaint a Lot she needs to go out lol
Who is watching this from Hobart
This movie reminds me of the new twister 2024 version 😂😂
😱🥶❄🌨
Rakino Island is actually 2540 miles from Australia. It would be good if atleast you got your facts right to start with.
Here is the scientific error in the film, the air in the upper part of the atmosphere is very thin, even if it came down to us, we would not feel the cold as much because it is very thin and would mix with the warm air below.
True but the main error is that the heat capacity of water is 4.1813 kJ/(kg*K), absolutely nothing can freeze a human body instantly. They say it is -100°F which is -73°C, dry ice is -78.5°C and you can hold it in your hand for seconds until it begins to hurt, same with liquid nitrogen −196°C, on your hand it evaporates and only the cold gas is touching the skin (Leidenfrost effect) and you will still not freeze. You have to super cool water (liquid water below 0°C) to freeze it like in this movie, there is no other way.
@@Kalidor99 It also reminds me of the science fiction movies where astronauts are forced to leave the spaceship for a few seconds without a space suit and freeze to death. This is also a scientific error because since there is no atmosphere in space, it takes a very long time for body heat to leave it, so you don't feel cold in space and it will take hours to freeze. Regarding the examples you gave, I assume that if someone jumps into a barrel full of liquid nitrogen then he will freeze in a few seconds because body heat escapes very quickly in a liquid that is much denser than the atmosphere.
@@yizhakshachar There was a interview with an Astronaut based on calculations and tests, you can live in a vacuum for 10 to 20 seconds. You die because your fluids begin to boil, water at 20 °C boils at 16 mbar. Space would act like a lyophilisator (freeze dryer); water boils, cools down, freezes and than sublimates.
Liquid nitrogen & Body, no it would need a while because of the Leidenfrost effect, the temp difference is 230°C, you can simulate this on a hotplate in your kitchen, heat up a frying pan and sprinkle water on it, the droplets will not touch the pan they float. This gas layer will insulate you quite good until your temp (long frozen) is coming closer to that of the coolant.
Btw Liquid nitrogen 1.039 kJ/(kg*K), water 4.1813 kJ/(kg*K), freezing 333 kJ/kg, ice 2.108 kJ/(kg*K)
If you want to cool down 70 kg water from 37 °C down to -180 °C you have to remove the energy (cooling water, freezing, cooling ice).
Calculate it, you need 3651 kg liquid nitrogen to do so, yes 3.65 tones! Water has by far the highest heat capacity of all substances known to man.

Hi
Her accent was more intense when she was in the series..H20 and was filmed in Australia...
nice movie how about the camera man not freezzing
Why everything has to be in last minute it’s not suspense it’s irritating
😂😂
That’s what makes it exciting, the suspense!
Pls next disaster🙏

Camera man you tooo run
Oo wait camera man never dies
Neither does the Key Grip.

Cold front ?
I thought that Indiana Evans was Australian and talks with an accent!? But I guess actors are taught to speak with any accent.. depending on the part..
How did Zoe get off the ship 🛳 at the beginning of the movie? I know Jack left to go to the divorce meeting but how did Zoe left.
They were doing phone calls with the ship I thought
i wonder how it's feel to be frozen in just a second..is it instantly death or wht?😅
Philippines the only safe place lol
👍
🤟❤️🤟
How on earth did Emma/Jack’s wife have Australian-accented parents yet the child has a native American (not a Native American) accent? Guess she’s adopted. Shrug ❤
Or maybe the directors and producers f'cked up, and didnt think it through properly.
@@John_Urnagbob The correct word is THROUGH. They didn't toss something 🙄🙄
Apparently thinking isn't native to you. Just because the grandparents have Aus accents doesn't mean the kid is going to---she has AMERICAN parents, and they moved to Aus from AMERICA, as was clearly stated in the earlier part of the movie. It doesn't even require an Associate's Degree in Anthropology to figure that one out 🙄🙄. "Shrug" 👎
@@jb6712 thanks
Emma has an Australian accent also. She said something about him making them move far from home before. She’s from Australia. He’s American. They lived in the US previously and Naomi was raised in the US part of her life. That’s why she has an American accent like her dad. Then they moved back to Australia, where Emma and her parents are from. Simple.
