Well for the abs you need to be on low body fat (around 10-15% i guess), you can do it with diet and exercise on your home, then if you do gym, it will give you more muscle mass on your body (better choice imo)
@@lyq232Home exercises are good for muscle mass as you said , however you do at the very least need dumbbells or other weight equipment. Calisthenics aren't as good for building muscle as weight training.
