Hi Denyse, this is synthetic hair. So if you're familiar with synthetic hair you know that after a while is does get tangled. However through my personal experience with this specific style I didn't not get tangling and absolutely no shedding because the hair is short. Hope this helps.

I love this video. I used it as a guide to install crochet hair for the first time. I didn't use the Curlkalon Hair. I used Kima Kalon hair instead and it seemed to be really frizzy. Did you have issues with Curlkalon hair frizzing up while you were installing and after?I just order Curlkalon and hair and was wondering?
I didn't keep the style in long enough to have to wash my hair. You probably can wash your hair (I wouldn't recommend it ) but you'll want to keep in mind that the hair is synthetic. Synthetic hair does not react well to heavy manipulation. Hope this helps.

Elle Ay Hi Elle, although it may not look like it, the Toni curl in the back and nape of my head is a tighter curl than any of the other curls. I was able to achieve the Tapered look in the back with the Toni curl because it is so tight. Hope this helps

I need it to look more natural, so noisy people can't tell is it' are isn't it?? What do you suggest and with none itchy hair. I went to, a hair dresser, and told her what i wanted, and ask her if she could do it, and she said yes. Well if it was not for the hair that I used it would have been a mess! And on top of that she charged me $80.00 I will never go back to her. Anyway I could have done a better job myself and wouldn't have spent to so much money.

Hi, this hairstyle can last the average person anywhere between 3-5 weeks with proper care. I only kept the style in for short period of time. I did not wash the hair and I usually don't keep protective styles in for that long because I still try to keep up with the maintenance of my natural hair underneath. As far as any other maintenance this was a very low maintenance style it doesn't require much except for you to tie your hair up at night (silk bonnet). Hope this helps.
