My old hairdryer kicked the bucket when I used it to melt waterproofing wax into my rucksack. My new one, fairly cheap and basic, has a cool button which I really like, but it does make my thumb ache as it needs to be pressed continuously.
Well that’s unfortunate. I have arthritis in the base of my thumb so I completely get it. That is one thing I like about the Laifen I can set it, forget it, and not hold any buttons down.
I have 2 blow dryers - one cheap, one not-so-cheap + a set of 3 curling irons I don't even know how to use. But I have them. I can count on one hand the times I've used either blow dryer. I also have a portable hard hood hair dryer, which is what I use most often when I deep condition. I usually use the low setting. I generally air dry my hair, but I'm considering investing in a set of hot rollers to use once my hair is dry or for 2nd/3rd day hair. Any suggestions?
I have not ever looked into hot rollers, but the same holds true for them as curling irons you’d want to just make sure they have the right heat settings. I know a lot of people use them but I’ve never noticed any particular type being mentioned. I’ll post a question and see what everyone says on FB on QSH. facebook.com/quicksilverhair/
Thanks for another informative video, Joli!

I invested in new tools last year. It was worth it. I love my Laifen hair dryer! Debating about the hot brush. Thank you for your help, as always!
