    Ingredients:-
    Potato-Peanut Raita:-
    Oil (तेल ) - 1 Tsp
    Cumin Seeds (जीरा ) - 1/2 tsp
    Potato (आलू ) - 1 medium
    Salt (नमक ) - as per taste
    Black Salt (काला नमक ) - as per taste
    Roasted cumin powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर ) - 1/4 tsp
    Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर ) - 1/4 tsp
    Chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर ) - 1/4 tsp
    Mint leaves (पुदीने के पत्ते ) - some
    Green Chili (हरी मिर्च ) - 1-2 chilies
    Fried Peanuts (तली हुई मूंगफली ) - 1/2 cup
    Curd (दही) - 2 serving spoons
    Vegetable Raita:-
    Onion ( प्याज ) - 1/2 cup
    Tomatoes (टमाटर ) - 1/2 cup
    Cucumber (खीरा ) - 1/2 cup
    Carrot (गाजर ) - 1/2 cup
    Green Chili (हरी मिर्च ) - 1-2 chilies
    Coriander Leaves (हरा धनिया )
    Curd (दही ) - 2 serving spoons
    Black Salt (काला नमक) - as per taste
    Salt (नमक ) - as per taste
    Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर ) - 1/4 tsp
    Chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर ) - 1/4 tsp
    Roasted cumin powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर ) - 1/2 tsp
    Bread Raita:-
    Curd (दही ) - 2 serving spoons
    Water (पानी ) - 1 serving spoons
    Black Salt (काला नमक) - as per taste
    Salt (नमक ) - as per taste
    Bread (ब्रेड ) - 4-5 Slices
    Green Chili (हरी मिर्च ) - 1
    Roasted cumin powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर ) - 1/4 tsp
    Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर ) - 1/4 tsp
    Chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर ) - 1/4 tsp
    Sweet chutney (मीठी चटनी ) - some
    Lauki Raita:-
    Lauki (लौकी) - as required
    Curd (दही ) - 2 serving spoons
    Water (पानी ) - 1/2 serving spoons
    Mint leaves (पुदीने के पत्ते ) - some quantity
    Green Chili (हरी मिर्च ) - 1 chili
    Salt (नमक ) - as per taste
    Black Salt (काला नमक) - as per taste
    Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर ) - 1 pinch
    Boondi Raita:-
    Curd (दही ) - 2 serving spoons
    Water (पानी ) - 1/2 serving spoon
    Boondi (बूंदी) - 1/2 cup
    Salt (नमक ) - as per taste
    Black Salt (काला नमक) - as per taste
    Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर ) - 1 pinch
    For Tadka:-
    Oil (तेल ) - 1 tbsp
    Mustard Seeds (राई) - 1/2 tsp
    Cumin (जीरा ) - 1/2 tsp
    Curry Leaves (करी पत्ता) - some
    Green chili (हरी मिर्च ) - 1 chili
    Dry whole red chilly (सूखी साबुत लाल मिर्च ) - 2 chili
    Asafoetida (हींग ) - 2 pinch
    Coriander Leaves (हरा धनिया ) - some
    Chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर ) - 1/2 tsp
    Fruit Raita:-
    Curd (दही ) - 2 serving spoons
    Sugar powder (चीनी पाउडर ) - 2 tbsp
    Pineapple (अनानास ) - 1/2 cup
    Mango (आम ) - 1/2 cup
    Pomegranate (अनार ) - 1/2 cup
    Grapes (अंगूर ) - 1/2 cup
