Thanks for the ID, found theses in the Alberta Rockies above 2000m. At first I thought it was a Pine Mushroom. After a tiny taste this mushroom didn’t agree with me (gastro, unpleasant floating feeling)

Personally wasn't a fan of the flavour of this one. Might try dehydrating them in the future and see if that's more satisfying.
I enjoy them. Might be a matter of location. Some fungi's flavors vary within species. Could just be personal preference, too.
