कच्ची हल्दी - २५० ग्राम
देशी घी - १/२ कप​​
लोंग - ३
तेज पत्ता - २ पत्ते
इलाइची - ३
काली मिर्च - ८ से १०
दालचीनी - १ छोटा टुकडा
लहसुन (कटा हुआ) - १/४ कप
हरी मिर्च - ३, बारीक कटी हुई​
अदरक (कटा हुआ) - १०० ग्राम (१/२ कप​)
टमाटर - १, कटा हुआ
मटर - १/२ कप​
दही - १ कप​
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - १ छोटा चम्मच
नमक - १ छोटा चम्मच​​
धनिया पाउडर - २ छोटा चम्मच​
हरा प्याज - १ बंच (कटा हुआ)
धनिया के पत्ते - कटे हुए
Raw Turmeric Sabzi
Raw Turmeric - 250 gm
Desi Ghee - ½ cup
Clove - 3
Bay leaf - 2 leaves
Cardamom - 3
Black Pepper - 8 to 10
Cinnamon - 1 small piece
Garlic (chopped) - ¼ cup
Green Chilli - 3, finely chopped
Ginger (chopped) - 100 gm (1/2 cup)
Tomato - 1, chopped
Green Peas - ½ cup
Curd/ Yogurt - 1 cup
Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Coriander seeds powder - 2 tsp
Spring Onion - 1 bunch (chopped)
