I absolutley adored the "Family isn't it about time" commercials growing up. Love the new family ones as well. Very sweet and uplifting.
I love that he was willing to still make the salsa. It reminds me of every time my husband tries to talk me through a minor car repair. He was a good sport about it.

I always figured it was supposed to be a good example of a healthily structured family unit, which lets the kids know what the expectations are, and where parents trust the kids to fulfill appropriate expectations. Plus that dad is clearly pretty casual

Great video! Seemingly small things like saying prayers together, saying "I love you," or having daily scripture study, can have a huge impact on our own life, and on the lives of loved ones forever. Our decisions determine our destiny, so if we make many small choices that are centered on Christ, as well as loved ones, our future will be eternally bright.

Best dad and husband ever. As for the mom, I can’t believe she expected the husband to figure out canning just like that. Canning is NOT easy! Also, she just happened to have salsa cooking on the stove like that while she was gone? I love the message of this video, but the execution and storyline were a little unbelievable.

I always tell my HUSBAN to go get snacks for kids and he's watching a movie he doesn't let them eat I I'm the only one that does all the work😥😥
That is truly unfair. He should not be doing nothing at home. A real man is there for his family and helps with the chores like an adult.

I thought the ending will be that finally the husband (he was doing a good job helping his wife) will be so overwhelmed by all the tasks which his wife normally does and that he values her on a higher level....
So what was the moral of the story? Involve your kids in your actions? If I got it right, I do agree with that.
