This case is about to drop in the UK and I'm hyped. But I don't see anything about them included that extra fan on the NZXT site or on the site I was going to buy the case on. 🤔
New retail boxes will have the fan included already. Doubtful that retailers will mention it. If you get one without the extra fan, you'll just need to contact NZXT customer support
@@badseedtech Fingers crossed it will just come with the fan. What's weird is that the retailer doesnt even say it includes a single exhaust fan. Just the two front ones. Ah well, here's hoping. It's a beautiful case!

I'm still using my s340 elite. I've been meaning to upgrade to the H500 but the white one is over $100 on Amazon. I need to holler at them. All that said, this H510 Elite is dope! If I had that type of cash I'd be on top of this one ASAP!

CAM use to be sooooo bad, having used it for years now- you're right, its def come a long way. I love NZXT products. Great video, bud! I think I'll snag the H710 Elite when it comes out for the added space and I/O's
It's improved for sure, but it's still buggy as hell esp with the X52/62 kraken settings and lighting

Refreshing to see all kind of content in the channel well done Brian! Now to the case imo NZXT would have a big winner in aesthetic department IF we didnt have as an alternative the Lian Li O11 Dynamic. Then again O11 Dynamic doesnt support huge CPU tower coolers like Noctua - Bequiet but as far as i know H510 Elite support them. Its a solid option imo and a nice review thank you Brian. And nice cat :D

Awesome to see some PC hardware reviews on your channel! I have been waiting for a Meshify version that isn't as pricey and has white internals. Otherwise the H500P Mesh in white looks rad, great airflow, etc. Especially with my HW. Hope to see more of this stuff, you do great reviews.

I'm so stuck between this and the new H1! SFF has always appealed to me, a small console sized PC on my desk, but there's so much more customisation and compatible parts with the H510 Elite. They both look badass, but wished the H1 had the GPU on show through the glass. Great video though, love this channel. Just found it today! Keep up the good work man! 👏👏👏

just got this case and put some crazy hardware inside of it thermals are doing just fine and obviously it just looks so good... threadripper 2950x/rtx 2080 super Msi
I bought the Corsair 275R with tempered glass last week for in my other full AMD rig and i absolutely love the minimalistic design of that case and was very cheap only paid 60 euros for the tempered glass edition.
Been waiting on a video about this case! Great review 👌🏼 costs $255 here in Australia but I’m still gonna buy it 😅

@@Sedeous i originally was going to pick this case up but the lian li o11 dynamic ended up stealing my heart 😂 my current Ryzen 5800x build is in that case now but I do intend to pick this case up after Christmas for an all white build for my girlfriend.
@@kanethomo2483 For your girlfriend right? But I don’t think for 5800x it will be a good idea because of bad air flow. I am thinking to go for lian li lancool 215.
@@Sedeous the 5800x is in the lian li O11 with a 360aio cooling it, has been doing fine so far with 6 intake fans and 3 top exhaust aha. My partners build will just be a simple Ryzen 5 3600 with a 1660ti in the NZXT H510. Going for an all white build for her.

I’m loving this case. I am getting really good temps and extremely quiet, just replaced the rear fan with AER rgb and put a Noctua 140mm on top. I can barely hear this thing (CPU cooled with Noctua NH-U12A). Very happy, especially as it’s the best looking case out there, yes much nicer looking than the Lian Li pc-O11 IMHO.

awesome review! I am confused between this and Lian Li O11 Dynamic XL. My build won't need that much space but having much space is good, but this includes the RGB fans and lighting strip which I am loving.
Yeah, I love how much I can fit in my old Define C (plastic windowed) which has the same internals as the Meshify C. I get excited every time I see a new case, like this one or the Evolv X, but a lot of compromises for the price, I'll likely wait for the next Fractal revision for an all white Define C or Meshify C.
I’d rather buy the Lian Li PC011, it’s cheaper and looks better imo

Zodspeed I think the Lian Li is a much better case in terms of airflow and design (in some cases), but it’s significantly larger than the midsized H500/H510 lineup which is personally a turn off for me.

I love my meshify c the only thing I wish is that instead of foam filter is that they update it with a removable mesh screen for cleaning because the foam traps the dust and is impossible to completely clean so I removed it and just keep and eye on dust build up and clean when necessary and it helped with airflow too.

I just build my pc is in the h510 i, only difference really is the front panel is just a matte white. But the smart device in there for the fans is amazing. Easy to watch temps and control noise and fan speeds. Super easy to build in, with super easy to change rgb. Super super recommend this case, first pc I built. Very easy, also the h510i is only 70$. And it comes with 2 rgb strips in. Your paying for the front glass panel with double the price. If your on a budget get the h510i. Also with the fans you don’t connect to the smart device in there where you can change the fan speed while your actually using the computer. Go to bios and set custom temps and speeds. I made all the fans the same speed at the same temps. With a single rear radiator fan with an h60 cpu cooler. 2 intake fans at front, 2 year exuaghst. At complete stress my gpu and cpu stay below 50 while being maxed over clock
I have the white s340 and it is a BEAUTY on my setup.
I'm in the market for a new PC, and this was helpful. It's starting to seem like the NZXT Elite is all show, no go.

The single fan mount is what has kept me from the S340 and H500/10's so far, since I need them for custom liquid cooling. I'm sure if I got the H510 elite I'd mod it to allow dual fans at the top so I could put a 240/280mm rad their as well as the front.
Beautiful case, but that’s all it’s good for. They overlooked the importance of airflow but nonetheless it is easily one of the cleanest cases out there

tbh the s340 elite is still the best case so far as of looks and air flow. They should make a tempered glass option you can swap out for, on your s340 elite.

I've wanted to replace my NZXT Manta but I still haven't found a decent case that can mount a 240 rad above and a Zotac 2080 AMP... was hoping we get a mini 2080 Super and maybe I can switch to an H200 at some point. Great Video! Still not sold on this one.

If you are running Zen 2 CPUs, CAM is super glitchy. It has been reported by many that CAM always reports CPU temps at 50C, so it doesn't turn on fans on a curve. Hopefully it'll be fixed soon.

Another great review. I was going to save for this case, but after watching your review (and a lot of research) I decided not to get this case. The cons out weigh the pros. Also, thank you for your review of the Ducky One 2 Mini Pure White Edition. It is going to be one one of the show pices for my next PC build. Also I want to thank you. You see, I'm in a bad spot, dealing with homelessness (don't worry I'm in a safe placefor veterans). Just put 4x AER RGB 2 fans and put the price tag at 209.99$. Would be way more interesting IMO and would be way more interested into buying one !
I appreciate that you added that bit about specifically mounting the radiator with tubes down (and it didn't fit) and tested thermals with all fan mounts populated with fans. I know it's more scientific to do "stock" tests, but Gamers Nexus already does that and when I purchase cases, I generally add a fan to every available position. I am a fan of NZXT products, but to me this case is pretty overpriced.
Very tempting as that is a beautiful case and I'm looking to down size from my Tower 900 but I already have a 360 rad and all my fans are HD Corsair units.

Although I like the case, the spirit of the original s340 is definitely showing its age at this point, they should take what works and people love about these cases and build one from the ground up with those features, while improving on the other areas.

i like this but concerned with temps issues especially you can only install one fan at the top
about usb NZXT sells a usb hub it's good I got for my old s340elite, in my current 2019 build I ditched NZXT for a couple of reason, some annoying issues with cam and rgb sync, and the fact the smart thing included it's a bit meh and you have to buy a hue2 if you want to go with more strips and other rgb stuff, I don't know if the fixed the sync problem now, but I got really frustrated after spending a lot of money for hue+ aer fans and strips and having sync issues with the pump. Plus I don't really like these ecosystem where you need to use their software to control the lights (like nzxt and corsair), I mean the lights looks cool but with other solutions you can use addressable rgb without software or just plug the argb header to the mobo and use that for all the argb things you got.
Nice review anyway, I just want to share my experience since I got the s340elite build for a couple of years.
P.S. right now I'm using the Lian LI PC011 Dynamic with cooler master rgb fans and some argb strips.

Stupid Question - why do so many people put their desktop "on" their desk? I have a quite case and it still too loud for my taste, I'd rather put it in another room. I would think that having a computer on your desk like that would be way too loud to be comfortable. Sure it looks good on camera, but in day to day practical use?
Am I missing something or am I just way too old school?
Roger Huston keeping it on the floor (mostly when you have carpet) makes dust/dirt accumulate faster, it’s harder to do cable management when it’s on the floor, and they spent a lot of time and money on it so they like to look a it on their desk. Nothing wrong with keeping it out of sight if you prefer. Those are just a few reasons to keep it on top of the desk
@@henrynewgent8481 I have a CPU holder to keep it off the floor. For me, noise is more important looks. Having a case on the desk is cool for TH-cam, but not working.
Roger Huston yeah understandable. My desk is almost 9 ft long so it isn’t too much of an issue for me to have it up there, and I have carpet as well as a dog who sleeps under my desk while I work😂😂
I guess I started doing it when I did my first water-cooled SLI build. I've always had big desks and I liked being able to admire the build. After that, I ran an open bench for a long time and it made sense to have it desk height to work on it and test parts... Now it feels weird to not have my machine on the desk.... Just a good side effect that it looks good on camera.

I already made the mistake of buying the H500i long time ago so they won't trick me twice with that aesthetical refresh...
Great video man. I have a question. Do the RGB fans they include in the case mount to your x62 alone or do you have to use the 2 normal fans they include with the x62 on top of the RGB fans

I just built my first PC in the H510 Elite with a Kraken X62 in the front as well as 120mm RGB 2 Fan in the roof and in the back.
But since I'm a newbie in building PC's I don't know how to connect everything correct.
I kept the front fans as they were before (not sure if it's correct since they are now the fans of the Kraken)
I plugged in USB2.0 and SATA of the Kraken but the 4-way fan splitter is untouched since I don't know what to plug in there.
My roof fan is plugged in in Fan2 Port of the smart device and the back fan is in Fan3. They all are spinning but roof and back fans don't have any RGB.
I tried to connect them with the cable which comes with the fans. (OUT of roof fan to IN of the back fan but the cable for IN of top to the smart device don't fit into the smart device)
I'm really over-challenged. The manuals of the fans just describe how to install them with the hue+. Also, there isn't an additional Kraken...
I hope you or someone can help me :(
Dude I wanted to see a review for this thing and you delivered. Nice job man. Imo this thing is not worth 100$ over the h500. Negative pressure. The case was tested the front fans do nothing lol.

Great review B-Ri. Looks really nice but yeah agree sucks that you can only have 3 SSDs max but 3 could be enough especially for 1tb ssd by samsung is like $120 not to bad for a 1TB 3 of those dives you a good amount of space.
Gonna run it full time and retire the Meshify. Got a couple more ssd trays from a buddy.

Great video. Thanks for sharing. I just ordered a H510 Elite and Kraken X62 for a new build (3700X, 2080 Super). I know the X62 comes with its own fans but like you, and many others, I'd like to have the AER RGB fans on the front. With the AER fans being different to the ones supplied with the X62, how much does this affect cooling performance and is it something I should be considering before building? I ask because I believe the AER fans are slower and will therefore provide less static pressure. Whether this really matters, though, is another thing. Thanks again!

Clean nice great looking case. for this price though every review ive seen basically describes the features at B-D grade average budget design. i just wish the looks matched the quality of the rest of the case.
