Casagrand will not sign sale agreement until 40% paid and untill 40% paid they keep raising price saying management didn't approve. If you ask refund they will give standard response in-progress even after 3 months. All sales people will call from dubai number and how to scam people need to learn from Casagrand.
But in chennai only CAGRANDA projects were doing bassively might be around 1000cr not sure who thus behind the scenes and people were buyinggggg
@@MUTHU20241 CASAGRANDA with 1000 cr never refund deposit. If you dare deposit 1 lac and say want refund. Its easy to comment unless you experience with them.
I never experience something like this in my life. Normally token amount is 5000 or max 25000 then you can do sale agreement when you pay 10-20% amount. This people will not sign sale agreement till you pay 40% and they take token amount 1 lac. They will say example X per sqft before token amount within week they will say X+100 per sq ft and will say management didn't approve the price. When asked what is guarantee for new price will they sign agreement then they will pay 40% for sale agreement. If you ask draft for sale agreement they will say after 40% paid will provide draft. I always feel like getting scammed when talking to sales manager then buying property. I lost 1 lac deposit and they didn't refund even after 90 days. I lost hope they will refund this so called 1000 crore company
