wow, my family's from new mexico and my grandmother's italian. it was the perfect storm for this kind of fusion to happen but it never did, people were too traditional. as important it is to know our traditions it is just as important to experiment and this is very similar to a recipe a tia gave to me. instead of noodles we used tortillas, the sauce was made with green chiles, creme de mushroon and creme de chicken and topped with hominy and cheddar/jack. i look forward to trying your version.

Abuela & Silvia i just saw your video's from your visit to Michoacán. It's so touching, it made me remembered everything i lived when i was little and i would visit Michoacán. My mom was from Michoacán and she was just like you so humble, lovable, caring..she was so proud of being raised in a small town in Michoacán (name: Granjenal). My mom passed 3 years ago and your videos were so touching they made me cry. I enjoyed my mom as much as you enjoy your abuela. Such great memories which are hard to forget. It's been so hard to overcome my mom's death but this videos have made me feel so fortunate to have had a mother like you and Abuela. I loved seeing all your videos because i can feel such good energy, honesty and the love of a great proud Grandmother, mother and daughter Love all 3 of you ladies !!!❤️

Un Like para tu Madrecita, para la Abuela(la cachaste comiendo pedazitos de queso? lol ) y para ti bella amiga! :)
It looks so delicious i have question cuando you preparado the noodles do i leazve them not cooked all the way because when i cook them all the way then bake my noodles tgey come out too mushy soft not good
