Thank you for your organizing and detailed expanding. I really appreciate your hard work. I just have a question and I hope you could help me I watched other video by other person and he didn't use virtual directories to create the links to exchange he just uses A record in DNS to forward the link and autodiscover to exchange server IP does this mean you can ignore one of both ways? or what is the difference?
Hello Sir and thank you for your great tutorials. I would like to ask you if except from owa and ecp virtual directories, we should do the same process with copy-paste the external URL to all the other virtual directories, except of course from Autodiscover??? I mean we should also copy and paste the external URL link to: EWS , mapi, Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync, OAB and PowerShell ? Thank you.
Hello, if you do like you do on this video, should you also add on the DNS zone that you create all records that you have on the corresponding zone on the public DNS ? Because apparently on this video you are in a split-brain DNS scenario, am I right ? Also, please, is it a possibility to add a new NS record on this zone that you create, in order to delegate this zone to the public DNS for records that are not fount on the internal DNS ?
Hello, great videos, i have not seen your entire this exchange series(only first 4 parts from this series), but my question is.....will be this series complete, also with setup internet MX records and some dns enrties? :) In shortcut...will be possible to send email to gmail or some external servers? :) Or everything is only internal enviroment? I appologize for this question, but like i mentioned, i havent seen entire series yet.
@@MSFTWebCast Thank for reply, and my second question, is some available link for download exchange 2019 trial or eval version? I cant find it, thanks o lot :)
@@jurajvantuch9636 Exchange 2019 is currently available to download only through VLSC portal and not through open MS link yet. That's why, you can't find Exchange 2019 via MSDN.
Hello Thanks you for all videos since many years. My question is : since 3 weeks I am trying to install Exchange Server 2019 (in my lab on Vmware and VirtualBox). I make this 10 times and in the last step when I want to connect to the Exchange Admin Center, I always have this message: " HTTP 500 Internal Error". I follow exactly all the requirements. What can I resolve this ? Thanks you for your answer
1. You may try to check this issue via using different browsers such as (latest Edge/Chrome/Firefox) and also using Incognito or Private browsing mode to see whether it is specific browse side issue. 2. Try to access using different name like (localhost/ecp or Fully.qualified.domain.name/ecp or lnetbios_name/ecp)
Are you not able to access it using localhost/owa ? There is a way to recreate or reset all the virtual directories but that is the last option. Try to manually check the all the virtual directories path using PowerShell. You can change the URL paths using the PowerShell.

Hey, thanks for the video. What about the autodiscover url though? To get it functioning with Outlook?

Yes, it is going to be the full series. We will have one video on How to configure send connector to send email message outside our organization.
