Solid 9. He made Umbreon a Legends Alpha/Shadow/Berserk Gene (R formula from Detective Pikachu) beast. Makes me curious if this is gonna play a role in ZA. All Pokémon getting a power boost akin to Mega Evolution. Heck, he OHKO Tera Ceruledge so who's to say Rakurium is essentially a Gimmick Breaker? Cancels all main 4.
8/10. Spinel using the Eternal Blessing on his Umbreon gave me goosebumps, and Terapagos using its Terestral form to destroy it really shocked me. However, all of that was just for Spinel to confirm the connection between Terapagos and the Eternal Blessing. What is his long-term plan?
Agreed she has come so far, I know she’s disappointed in her loss to Grusha but hey maybe perhaps Grusha will grant her another chance once he sees her shine saving Amethio, Terapagos or something
@@thatgirl9532 next episode after this takes place in academy so I do not think they will have rematch anytime soon. Grusha is strongest gym leader in paldea for a reason so Liko needs more training to beat him. Maybe he will pass her for surviving against Explorers but will have rematch with her some arcs later
8/10 from me; Such a great setup episode for the finale of Terastal Debut. I don't have much to say that you didn't already say yourself, just great all around. I'm really curious about the Rakurium, i wonder if it's connected to a Legendary Pokémon or something. Anyway, i'm super excited for what's coming up
After watching this episode I thought of a theory: Gibeon’s son (Amethio’s father) pretty much abandoned the explorers after realizing how evil the organization actually was. But Gibeon somehow got his hands on Amethio and told him that his dad was an incredibly awful person, which led Amethio into desperately wanting to not be like his father at all and Gibeon told him that the only way he could do that was to join the explorers, which is why Amethio joined them in the first place. But after the other members pretty much want him gone, Liko would question his decision of being apart of the explorers which would build up to Amethio realizing that he’s just being manipulated by he’s grandfather and would leave the explorers for good (and might help Liko out with her goals afterwards)
Probably the best episode to date, 10 out of 10 for me, I can’t believe Spinel admitted half of his plan by trapping Liko and Amethio in a cave, he wants him to disappear and he also betrayed Master Gibeon and the rest of the explorers are in on this too. It seems like Terapagos might turn very evil at some point after seeing what happened to Umbreon
Before watching the episode and seeing the preview, I thought Amethio and Liko were gonna wind up triggering a cave-in during a battle with Spinel (like potentially battling on unstable ground), and him just being like, "Well, sux for you guys, bye!" because like hell would he ever help Amethio. The fact that, no, he's actually attempting to kill the poor kid is pretty dark, and it would be a slow one too: freezing, starving, or even suffocating if the air starts running out. 😬
I just watched the English dub of this episode right now, and this was pretty dark. Plus, I feel that Spinel is really becoming the Pokémon anime series equivalent of Azula from _Avatar: The Last Airbender_ . Overall, I give this episode a 10/10.
An interesting detail is that you can see the Brave Asagi/Brave Olivine and the terapagos pendant in Spinel’s computer. And it’s crazy to think that Spinel is literally trying to kill Amethio.
Damn man, Spinel is so cold, cunning and evil. he's happy to let amethio, liko, and terapagos trap in that cave, slowly but surely died of starving, unable to breath, and cold in that cave, he wants them(especially amethio) to get a painful death so no one can stop his plan, he doesnt care there's an actual kid in that cave, he attempt murder to a man and a kid. And dont forget that he did an unethical experiment to his pokemon, let his pokemon suffer and be berserk due to ethernal blessing. This episode is Really damn dark and horrifiying for kids ngl, but it's a damn good episode.
8/10 is my honest score. Honestly, i wish Freed should've been summoned here because i believe the trials that the main cast been through should put them in a position where they should be able to manage the conflict on their own (this is a huge negative for me). Even tho we haven't seen Roy and Dot battle yet, i hope they don't struggle battling in the next episode. Overall I love how the World building around the Mysterys of Terapagos is growing as time goes on. Im still engaged to see more.
I still believe 9 is a good score. Frede may not make it in time so both Roy and Dot both decided to go look for her as while he's on the way. We're seeing how Liko can go toe to toe with Amethio now she is strong but she isn't stronger than him yet. It's improvement but they can't handle these massive battles just yet without strategy. They aren't getting flattened anymore that's a good sign and I feel with what we've seen of Dot and Roy they will do fine too as we see Grusha is standing there watching and observing to see if he needs to step in. We don't see much of him in the preview for next week so he probably will show up at the very end of the episode to collect the kids but as far as it shows they are still on their own. However they are still kids, Liko went missing and they can't get a hold of her. It's very mature of them to call the adults to let them know what happened as this may be a matter of life or death for Liko they don't know.
@dash9641 You're right. The realistic writing approach is the Silver lining that made this episode really good. And I'm not concerned about Liko's performance as a trainer because Ameitho did a series of training himself, which does make him a few steps ahead of her.
@adityasrijan1149 to be honest, I hope Dot and Roy resolve the matter before Friede gets there. I know they're behaving real 10 year old kids, but they can be advanced for their age if the writers want them to be.
Amethio pulled a classic Team Rocket blunder, "fight your own teammates to try and out do them, because you're insecure." Which leads to the overall team failing 🤦🏽♂️.
I'm thinking it's probably going to take time for that, like Spinel is one thing, they've always hated each other. If Gibeon turns out to not give a 🐀🍑 that Amethio almost died, or does something that shows he views Amethio as expendable, or crosses some other similar line (like say it's revealed that he killed Lucius or tries killing the RVT gang), I think Amethio will turn then. I think this episode just might be the starting point for him changing sides.
Yes he did and he is also betraying Master Gibeon too, he wants to get rid of Amethio for reasons including that he’ll get in their way and because he’s jealous that MG sees potential in his grandson and not him, the other explorers are in on this too.
rate Spinel's mastermind plan out of 10?🌨

3/10. Like, what is Spinel's long term plan here? If he kills Amethio, Gibeon is gonna find out eventually and just have him assassinated lol
8/10. Spinel using the Eternal Blessing on his Umbreon gave me goosebumps, and Terapagos using its Terestral form to destroy it really shocked me. However, all of that was just for Spinel to confirm the connection between Terapagos and the Eternal Blessing. What is his long-term plan?
Good video
10/10, simply because this plan is going to cause amethio to turn against the Explorers and I'm all for it!
I like how much we can see Liko has grown. She was able to hold her own against Amethio, forcing him to terastallize.
Agreed she has come so far, I know she’s disappointed in her loss to Grusha but hey maybe perhaps Grusha will grant her another chance once he sees her shine saving Amethio, Terapagos or something

This all but confirms amethio is going to turn, and I look forward to it so much.
The fact spinel wants him gone just confirms it

Spinel is the best anime villain we've had since Hunter J! He acts exactly like game! Colress would IF NOT BETTER!
yeah him and the explorers in general are the best villains we've ever had IMO
Never thought we would get hunter j type villain again
the evil Malamar from XY series would suit him
Is it just me or the eternal bessling kinda acts the R purple smoke thing from detective pikachu

You uploaded this video on my birthday! I'm so happy!! 🥳
Happy birthday!

Wait, where did you find the dub?
An interesting detail is that you can see the Brave Asagi/Brave Olivine and the terapagos pendant in Spinel’s computer. And it’s crazy to think that Spinel is literally trying to kill Amethio.
I wonder if there is a way to make the raqueum efect so strong that terapagos cant undo it maybe thats what spinel is trying to do
Spinel is a true, cunning, diabolical genius!🧠😈 10/10
So this eternal blessing turns pokemon into shadow Pokemon yeah its more like an eternal curse

9 /10 definitely a good episode

Nah, if friede was here, it will repeat the sane thing as before- wrong things happens- friede comes and saves the day

Spinel is Hunter J 2.0.
Amethio pulled a classic Team Rocket blunder, "fight your own teammates to try and out do them, because you're insecure." Which leads to the overall team failing 🤦🏽♂️.
i thought nyorote will evolve until umbreon
this episode was best for me as roy was not a part of it
Ok but… after episode 65 will amethio leave the explorers? I’m seeing a heavy redemption arc coming but who knows 😅
I'm thinking it's probably going to take time for that, like Spinel is one thing, they've always hated each other. Will they PLEASE bring in Nessa and Melony already?
Is Fucoco Going To Evolve In The Next Episode
Not immediately, but yeah
Wait, Did Spinel Betray Amethio?
Yes he did and he is also betraying Master Gibeon too, he wants to get rid of Amethio for reasons including that he’ll get in their way and because he’s jealous that MG sees potential in his grandson and not him, the other explorers are in on this too.
