I would give it a 8.5 and yes I’m looking forward to liko vs Roy cause ROYS FUECOCO WILL EVOLVE ITS ALSO GONNA BE A GOOD BATTLE SINCE LIKO AND ROY IS BOTH STRONG IN THEIR OWN WAYS
7/10, it's okay, although I find Roy vs sango and liko vs onyx a tad underwhelming, both being one hit KO

I give this episode a 9/10 as well, and I'm really looking forward to Liko vs Roy in next week's episode.

Liko and Roy improved themselves to get stronger and defended the School.
While Penny and Dot did their best to destroy the data about Terapagos they stole but lost briefly.
I'd say Liko passing the test due to her protection of the school works a lot better than Ash getting the Rainbow Badge for saving Gloom from the fire at Erika's gym due to the fact that HE helped Team Rocket break into the place to begin with. Although Erika banning Ash from the gym because of his dislike towards perfume kind of puts it on her too because she wasn't doing her job as a gym leader by accepting a challenger...
Regardless, Liko's 'pass' her is easier to stomach than most of Ash's Kanto badges being handed to him just because...

Some may not agree, but what I see from all of this, they saved Liko's redemption at point where it really mattered, and this was the kind of win that is much more satisfying than any other win she could have gotten away with from her previous battles. Therefore, I'd say seeing her win against a tough opponent like Onyx not only brought tears to my eyes, but it should make the audience recognize that some moments need the necessary build up to reap the results instead of meeting expectations at the unnecessary moments of Liko and her friend's progress.
Agate only had one job, and she succeeded, retrieve the data and split. The Explorers are just straight up bossin with their job at being villains can't wait to see them shiny more in future episodes.
Overall, the Episode provided the right elements to show how far the main cast have grown and developed throughout this arch, and it was a well worth wait.
Not everyone is going to agree because to them, it probably felt unsatisfying and forced but even so, its way better than handing out gym badges for free back in OG which I geuniely.
I am fully aware that not everyone is going to like this and I respect everyone’s opinions but personally, I didn’t mind Liko passing because she did manage to effectively use Terastalization while saving the academy and beating Onyx.
Although it felt bizarre how they could of been prepared in terms of the Academy’s security and kinda of a missed opportunity to see more of Roy’s battle with Sango because it felt rushed but that aside, this was 🔥.
A solid 9/10!!!

I like the slow reveal of Grusha's nicer side. You think he's a bit of a jerk for flunking Liko and telling her to her face that it's a bad joke to think he would ever pass her for losing to him, despite Dot having lost to Larry and still passing.
Then he's assisting the kids against the Explorers and helping them find Liko, you'd think the phone call from Friede might have raised some skepticism because he was likely alerted to the kids being in danger, but without the context of the Explorers' past attacks on them. And then he's ready to jump in and help Liko when he sees her having trouble against Sidian, before Hattrem gets his attention, and basically says he was wrong and overlooked her actual strength when she's protecting something
He gives me Aizawa energy
We not not have a rematch of Liko and Grusha, but at least she passed either way. I'm so proud of her! 💙
Liko Vs Onyx says way, way, way more than Liko Vs Grusha rematch. Onyx would not be holding back, unlike Grusha who has to consider that he's up against an inexperienced student. So winning against Onyx is truly impressive.
She would still lose against Grisham tbh
I just watched this episode right now, and I really enjoyed it for the most part. While I'm annoyed that Naranja Academy has very little security and the Roy vs Coral battle didn't get enough screen time, I'm glad that Liko passed her Implementation test after Grusha recognized her true strength during her battle against Sidian. Overall, I give this episode a 9/10 as well. I'm really looking forward to the last episode of the Terestal Debut arc as well as the Liko vs Roy battle.
9/10, only problem is that Roy vs Sandwich was a little rushed

All they really did was just clash against each other with Flamethrower & Blizzard
Roy vs Coral was just a side focus, the focus of the episode really was Liko redeeming herself.
Garganacl Sp Defense is lower than its defense stats and Magical leaf is Sp Attack and terastal only buff your attacking move and not your defense,also its super effective which is why liko won even without overgrow since in ep 43 she actived overgrow to deal lot of damage to garganacl and its not enough to defeat it
And yeah we can see how strong they became,back in arc 1 they stand no chance and have to be rescued by friede,in arc 2 they still cant beat them but they survived them and now they completly defeat them (and those people said nothing changed )
Why are you acting like game logic applies to the anime?
@@Jjsnsnsj HZ use anime and game logic pretty balanced, remember how easily fuecoco defeat houndstone? Because it taken more damage from sp attack fire type move,normal damage from psychial fire attack, lesser damage from other psychial attack
Pokemon get power boost when it actived its ability that boosted its move type in pinch like overgrow,torrent and blaze which is still game logic,the thing that not game logic is Ash Pikachu having super saiyan even thought his ability is static
Small example how they using it
Game logic : hatterm use brutal swing attacking multiple pokemon because this move can hit 3 pokemon at the same turn
Anime Logic : baxcalibur knocking doliv and fuecoco because they both are to close,if wont make sense if doliv is not harmed
To be fair, Liko and Floragato did caused a lot of damage to Onyx's Garganacl even after the use of recover.
And finished them up with a super effective terastalized grass type attack, that would be enough to beat him in my opinion.
I also like how Onyx has that villain/warrior "code of honor" when it comes to battles by telling Liko to remember his name because he was recognizing Liko's strength as an opponent.
Another interesting thing that I noticed is that the explorers have a lot of consistency with each other when it comes to how their teams are build.
They all have a main pokemon used for battles and a pokemon used for transportation. Which is clever and makes a lot of sense in my opinion.

Although at the very least that is for Onyx & Agate since those 2 focus on their team represent their character types: with Onyx being a strong warrior-soldier represented with his Rock types & Agate being a mindful tactician-like character with her Psychic types. Fans have assumed that Amethio's team theme would be knights. Sango from what it seems that Glalie is her Only Pokemon as it doubles as both her main battle partner & transport. Spinel's is an odd one in understanding with whatever Umbreon, Magneton, & Beheeyem all have in common

I think the theme in Spinel's team is espionage/intel gathering considering how he uses his pokemon.
@@giboit. Yeah. I thought that way too. At the very least he somewhat follows the theme of transport the same with Agate & her Xatu with his Beheeyem with Teleport

I guess just like how Onyx's team specializes in Rock type pokemon, Agate's specialty utilizes Psychic type pokemon

@@babyseal8822 Well based on the end of the battle between Sango & Roy that she wanted Glalie to keep battling despite losing & she never called anyone else out to transport here away so that Onyx's Aerodactyl didn't have to that Glalie is Both Sango's main battle partner & mode of transportation

Liko was getting stronger after all. Maybe fans thought that Liko is still a sore loser, some fans were wrong about Liko and how much improved she is little by little however very few fans are refusing to think that Liko is well trained trainer or better than Ashketchium.
For me, I kinda liked it (didn't watch and compare it yet though), she appeared to be stronger than I thought. She reminds me of how Ashketchium defeated Team Skull Grunts and Guzma in the Alola League maybe.
9 out of 10 for this episode.
It's unfortunate that Penny and Dot failed to destroy the data they hacked and stole the data about Terapagos. They tried hard but they did what they did.
Liko’s Win was assured when Onyx Terastalized First.
Since Dot met Penny in the nurse office too bad we didn't see Nurse Miriam from the game. Hoped to see more of the teachers like Saguaro, Salvatore and Tyme.
After the previous episode, I was starting to think they weren't going to pass Liko, but instead that Liko was going to discover her own way to terastalize by using Terapagos. While that would have been cool, I'm also ok with this. Liko, Roy, and Dot's growth is the biggest part of the episode, and they all shined here. Great climax for them!
That said, I still feel like Grusha is being a bit ridiculous, I mean... "Ok, for your test, you'll have to beat Lebron James in basketball"
"Oh, you didn't win? Well, I guess you failed, why on earth would I pass you if you aren't the best player of all time?"
(person continues training then beats a college star in a 1v1)
"Ok, well, I guess you can pass now because you got results"
Like... I was really expecting them to call out Grusha on how self centered he's being and how low his self esteem has to be to assume that only people who can beat him in a pokemon battle are worthy of terastal orbs. Like, these are young trainers. They're not supposed to be able to beat gym leaders. Plus with everything about Grusha's mindset being explored earlier, I figured they'd come back to his fear of snowboarding and insistence he needs to win as a way to develop his character.
It's honestly very weird they haven't tried to give Grusha more character growth. Maybe they'll still do it in the future but I was definitely expecting this to be tied to Liko passing the course.
personally i like it that we see more Pokémon of the explorer and not just the ones we already know. and i like that it seems like that they are type specialists ^^

I can’t wait for next week’s episode! Roy’s Fuecoco will finally evolve into Crocalor during their battle with Liko and Floragato! I can’t wait!
The ending of Terastal Debut arc will end just like how the last arc did: an evolution & new move- Fuecoco learning Flame Charge & Floragato's evolution. And now this time Fuecoco's evolution into Crocalor & Floragato learning a New Move; in which I think it is Sucker Punch as Floragato's kick is the same coloration as Katy's Lokix's Throat Chop; I know it's not same move, but could be reference to the Dark type & given movepool choices, I think it might be just Floragato learning Sucker Punch (and to clarify, Sucker Punch's original name in Japanese is called Surprise Attack; so it isn't really a Punch Attack as shown in the anime when other pokemon used this move so it can execute the attack via any limb)

I assume Sidian passed his test given cheating is not his style so he didn't steal the tera orb he has.

It seems to be Sucker Punch. That's a nice way to allude to Episode 45, where Sprigatito evolved and Fuecoco learned a new move. And here in 67, Fuecoco will evolve and Floragato will learn a new move.

@@Thisiswild1 I don't think Floragato can learn Foul Play. Plus we've seen what Foul Play looks like in the anime, esp. since the move has been used in the Horizons season with Spinel's Umbreon and it looks different upon comparison
Its sucker punch, and if you watch Ash era, all pokemon that use sucker punch didnt use their hand, mightyena use its headbutt,kecleon use her tail, grimmsnarl pre evo use its hair and spiritomb use its face
None of them use hand,also in Japanese its called suprise attack

You did well to protect the School Liko, Roy and Dot. However, it's still far from over.
The explorers will be back even after stealing half of the data.

Hard to say. With the preview, it shows Kilowwattrel against Hattrem & Floragato; my best guess is that Hattrem wasn't fast enough fighting Kilowattrel
@@MarcusMapua yeah makes sense. Kilowattrel is gonna get the w on hatterm and then L from the cat. Hopefully hatterm does some good damage before it goes down

The Academy has pretty poor security despite having all of the Gym Leaders and Champion of the region.
The trio could have told the teachers and Gym Leaders.
Also.. I hate the fact that Grusha passed her. Predictable by pretty much EVERYONE.
Well, how else is she going to use terastalization in the future? It's way better to get rewarded for saving the academy than being impressed by her battle against Roy that she'll most likely lose to.
From my perspective it felt like the school's security seemed quite old school from both the anime & in-game
Predicted but not as everyone thought,people believe she gonna have rematch just like Roy,but im prefer this episode because liko true power comes when she want to protect something and not for herself, even grusha apologize that he misjudged her

i think it would have been a good idea to make her win the whole 1v1 tournament and the principal passing in the course as a reward for proving herself

Its not a tournament where there are brackets it just 1 on 1 battles they don’t have time for a tournament this coming up ep is the last ep for this arc. They are leaving for kitakami we have 1 flying ep where liko vs obroliva, roy vs galarian moltres, dot vs lapras.
I feel this was more amazing. We got to see her bravery and character development. The tournament way wouldn't have changed Grusha's mindset about her, which was more important.

@@parthkulkarni422 no it wasn’t grusha got to see her drive and resolve it why dot passed even when she lost to Larry. This isn’t a tournament just a fun 1 on 1 battle for the students in the Tera course.
