I was fortunate to see Del and his band live a little over 10 years and they still sound as fresh and sharp as ever. I met Del and the band after the show and he was such a nice and gracious man, as well as the rest of the band. The best in bluegrass today.
Awesome I love Del & his boys and the rest of the band fell in love with their sound after seeing them at a Grass Valley, CA Bluegrass Festival Concert in June 2005.
Saw Dawg and Del in Charlotte, Neighborhood Theater, a few years ago. Mighty fine. I bought tickets from somebody in that night. It was a sold out show.
saw them in DC a few years ago, I've seen Del and the gang a lot, and Dawg, a lot, but this one was probably one of the best, two obviously great friends having a good time, excellent show
Were so lucky to have Del and the boys around.
Del is indeed an American treasure. His boys ain't too shabby either.
Dawg and Ronnie really make those two mandolins boom out. The voices are fantastic. A great song.
Del and Dawg the best there is for 60 years!
Hey! David CAN sing! All these years he had us buffaloed! Great song all around 🙂 Thanks for sharing.

They love their fans and are very approachable. Act like regular folks and run it like a family business.
Dawg always brings the truth :)
Love ANYTHING Del McCoury does!
Don Reno song he never gets the recognition others do .
He gets paid, tho. Well, his heirs do.
Best in bluegrass right here. And Del has the best hair anywhere ;D

Del is the man
Monroe, Flatt, Scruggs, and Wise may have created the bluegrass sound, but Del McCoury perfected it and brought it to its apex.
