    Getting photos doesn't always go as we would hope. But, it was beautiful out there anyway....better than sitting at home any day. You're a man after my own heart - apple/cinnamon oatmeal - my flavor of choice. Thanks for sharin Bill!

    I saw coffee in the title so I decided to come along. Years ago I used a small stove similar to yours but mine used small propane canisters. I used it in temperatures well below zero F and never had a problem with the propane boiling water quickly. Butane will not pressurize in really cold temperatures like that.

      Thanks for coming along! I’ve always used a stove with white gas that you keep pressurized with a built in pump so I’m fairly new to these stoves. So far the jet boil has been great. Bringing coffee in the woods is like bringing along an old friend. 🙂
