This morning I head out into the snowstorm to find a little peace. Just me an my camera. My only goal is to start learning how to shoot video with the Z8. No auto focus today, I need to get good at manual focus for an upcoming project. So serene out there with the softly falling snow. This morning was medicine.

In this weeks episode I head out to try and find and identify a specific bald eagle that’s been outsmarting me for months. I always seem to spook it before I even know it’s there. A couple of years ago I had the great honor to be able to watch these three eagle chicks from when they were hatched until they all fledged. Eagles raising 3 chicks successfully is extremely rare.
