You are right, the performance was recorded live in a club prior to the awards show. They did attend the awards where they won the Global Sensation award and this video was first shown at the award ceremony.
@@alvi_omi the vocals are still very much LIVE but the performance is precorded. According to the MNET director, it was Bruno’s idea to direct the performance and chose the venue as according to the fans he is very strict with sound system of award shows (basically he isnt suited for korean award shows with their poor sound system and very loud backtracks) anyways there is also a rumor going around that MNET couldnt afford the duo to perform on the grand stage, so yeah, thats that.
I do think the choice to do the live performance at a bar/club was great. At the MAMA people will not stand and start jumping. That would kill the mood.
