Yes this track was written for *BAND-MAID* back in 2014 before they started writing their own material in 2016 and this is 1 of 2 tracks that is written all in English and I would say about 10% of the reaction videos some reactors can make out the lyrics.

btw, the Tower Miku is running to is the Tokyo Tower. I have been up the tower, and the observation deck has a mural showing all the sights you can see from the top, annotated in several languages, including braille. Why would a blind person pay to go up to an observation deck?

Well I wouldn't say the lyrics are really spicy, I mean all of this is up to what ever social constructs you where raised in. I'd say the lyrics are pretty blunt, but that may have been the point of the song. Other artist basically sing about similar things, just hide it with other references that obscure the dirtyness of what is being said.
This is definitely one of my favourite Band-Maid songs. It wasn't until I got the CD, which had a lyrics sheet, that I found out the verses were also in English. Generally there's at least twice as much English in Band-Maid songs as you think, but because you aren't expecting to hear English, you kind of tune out to what being said.
